I loved our technician. He was respectful and did a great job. Our carpets feel fluffy and clean again. Very happy!
I didn’t feel like the service technician put in much effort on the high traffic areas. He didn’t spend anymore time on those areas than any of the other areas.

Prices are a little high. It would be nice to be less expensive.
We were told our floor would dry in 6-8 hours and it took three days. The pillows that were cleaned had an awful smell. We had to call and have a fan delivered to dry our carpets.
The people and process is very professional.
The workers were prompt and friendly. The two stairways look great as does most of the carpet in the living and bedrooms. However I was disappointed a day later when I noticed that the edges of the carpeting (medium tan in color) were still dirty looking. They are the main traffic areas where tile flooring from the hallway and wooden flooring from the kitchen meet the carpeted living room.I had noticed this when the workers were here, however, when I mentioned it to them they reassured me that it was still dark because it was damp...that it would lighten up when it dried. But it did not. The carpeting is of good quality and is less than two years old. I had hoped for better results.
The young man was very fast and professional and did a wonderful job. We a very pleased. He was very honest with us. Our carpets look great. Thank you again.
After 1 week, my carpet still looks clean!! I really feel Zerorez has cleaned better that any previous carpet cleaners! The employees helped me more furniture and there’s a big difference in my house. I feel like my house is TOTALLY clean!!

Disappointed. The carpets were cleaned Thursday afternoon. We were told the carpets would be dry in 4 to 8 hours. The AC was turned on. Our furnace fans run continuously on low. Friday morning the carpet upstairs was still damp. The AC was turned on and the fan was set on high. 24 hours after the upstairs carpets was cleaned they were finally dry. Friday morning the basement carpet was very damp. The furnace was turned up to 70 degrees (no AC in the basement) with the fan set on high and we maintained 70 degrees all day. Saturday morning there is still a damp smell in the basement with some dampness on the carpet. The furnace was again set at 70 degrees with the fan on high. Hopefully we can get the carpet to dry and the damp smell to go away so we can begin to use our basement. Is this a result of not extracting a sufficient amount of water out of the carpet?
The tech was very friendly. He did a great job getting my carpets and couch cleaned. The only thing I wish he would have done was wear a mask.

I received an estimate much lower than what I paid. Since my hose didn’t grow just wondering why ?
The carpet doesn’t seem to stay clean as long when we use zerorez nice at first but then not so much

We used Zerorez about a year ago and the results were amazing. Very dirty carpets were made very clean. This last incident the carpets were very dirty, but other than the stairs did not show the dirt. We vacuumed the carpets before and after the cleaning and got up alot of dirt after the cleaning. I doubt the the technition spent more than a half an hour actually cleaning the entire main floor and full stairway. We own a Hover carpet cleaner and exoected far better results but did not get it near as clean as the Hover would have.
For $224 I felt we got ripped off

The young man that did my home was fast and patient. My carpets look ok. I had my whole house cleaned and there we a few pieces of furniture in each room that I had to leave. Thankfully my son was home to help me put trash bags under them and move them so he could clean that area. Wasn’t super helpful
The technician who came to our home was friendly and competent, we just have noticed a bad musty smell since our carpets were cleaned. I was expecting a fresh smell! Not sure why it’s the opposite!
Very nice service and careful with areas of the house such as wood trim ect. Service is always polite and the techs listen to your needs and wishes. Very good clean up and always a very nice job.
