Sadly.... the carpets did not come clean in the master bedroom.
It was for a condo that we rent out. The carpets are only 2 years old and we only had one renter in them. We have never used your company before, and wanted to give them a try.
We have had carpets in a lot worse condition
come a lot cleaner from other companies.
We have not rented it out yet because we need to figure out what to do about it.

Very happy with the service. Carpets and tile look amazing. There tech called ahead and showed up on time and was very personable and professional. Thank you again Hunter for the quality job. Hunter was really nice that’s the only reason I gave a 2 otherwise it would have been a 0. It took my carpet 4 days to dry and now my carpets smell worse then they did before. I have had a few different carpet cleaners come out here and my carpets have never been so wet when they were finished. We had windows open and it still took forever to dry. Plus it was super expensive for is to smell worse.
The gentleman that came to clean my upholstery was polite, conscientious and did a great job. I will definitely recommend Zerorez to people.

I was told that my hallway (landing at the top of the stairs) was $20 and that my closet which was larger was $10 more. I don't like being charged for my closet and I don't like paying twice the price because it is called a hallway and requires the same effort and less time. Also, I was told that if I wanted a chemical treatment to keep an area of a room from smelling I would need to pay $30. I was also told that my carpets were in great shape and that it was easy. So I paid more money for an easy job. In the end, I paid for all the extra costs except for the chemical treatment. Which by the way, the room did smell because the cleaning pulled it out. When I pay for cleaning the purpose should be to remove smells. It was urine from our son and not a red wine stain. Why did I pay to have my carpets cleaned and then told I need to pay for extras to get my carpet cleaned? Also the guy that came in smelled of B.O. so my house smelled like that too after he left. So carpet cleaning left me with B.O. and urine smells and cost me 25% more. I can never recommend such a business to anyone. Plus the guy just said these are the cost that I have to go by. I wanted to cancel but it took so long to get someone and the house was already prepped.
Great job on the carpets, but the tops of my kitchen chairs don’t seem as clean.
They have a good product and no residue left behind. I was last on the list for the day and the technician was tired. I have a few spots that need to be done again, but they have a 30 day guarantee so that is good.
My lawn was affected by the hoses leaking something on the grass which killed it. An area rug didn’t look much different after it was cleaned. The manager was supposed to call me to discuss and never has.
The cleaning stays clean better than any other companies. Quick to clean and to dry. Not so wet.

Each time we have had our carpets cleaned by ZEROREZ, their techs have professional and complete. It is nice be able to move back into our home within 3 Hours after the service was complete. Before being introduced to ZEROREZ, our carpets were damp for a week before we could reorganize our home again. The length of clean carpet in our home is much longer with ZEROREZ than other firms. We are able go 2-3 years between cleanings now.
