We had a spot where our dog used to lay and it needed some more attention after we had our carpet cleaned and our technician came back at no charge and sprayed a deodorizer on the spot and it worked! No more dog smell. We have had a great experience and feel like zerorez did a great job in meeting our needs.

I really like the way your company communicates. Our experience has always been positive in that we are first given a date and a window of time to be ready. Then on the day of we will get a call from the scheduler with a more precise timeframe and then call from the actual technician telling us pretty much exactly when they will be there. Also, the technicians have been extremely courteous and respectful. Our carpets look fantastic.

My carpet was cleaned well and in a timely manner. It looks great and feels soft.

You gave me a price. When your guy got there the price tripled. I had him do a hall and 2 rooms in the basement. He didn't even open the closet doors in the one room. So those sections of carpet didn't get cleaned. I got a price from Stanley steamer it was high so I went with you. Like I said until your guy got there and gave me a price higher than Stanley steamer. I still owe you for what you did do but it would have been nice if he would have finished his job. I would not have that guy back.

We really liked our technician as he was very nice and the job appeared good before he left but as the carpet dried we noticed quite a few stains in the carpet. We caught one before he left and he went over it and got it out, but we feel like we overpaid and will go with another company next time.

I'm not necessarily disappointed... I just feel like I have older carpet and it takes more than 1 pass to clean it.. the issues my carpet has is mostly due to having 3 boys, Brigham honestly did nothing wrong necessarily, he was super friendly and professional.
