I’ve used Zeroez a few times both at the house we currently live in and our past home and have always thought they do a good job.

Ryan, the tech who cleaned my carpet, was on time, personable, accommodating and did a very good job. I was very pleased and impressed.

Better explanation of how a room is defined. If a room is 280 sq. ft. and is over the 200 sq. ft. f
room size, is it considered to be 2 rooms and charged accordingly?

The carpet in the master bedroom has been stained in a swoosh pattern. You sent out another technician to go over it again which did not help. He informed us that you would call in 24 to 48 hours to discuss. I have yet to receive a call back. We are not satisfied.
The only reason I did not give a zero is because my tile looks great!

The staff were friendly and kind. The cleaning was quick and efficient. The carpets look soo good and the couch with 4 year old stains on it looks like I just bought it new. I couldn’t believe my eyes!

You came in less than a week. The man was professional and worked fast. The carpets looked new when he was finished.

I like how my carpets feel clean and not sticky. It dries quickly and they call to remind me as well as calling to let me know when they are around 45 minutes away. The technician was kind, quick and not pushy.

The stains were gone. This job was at a condo I use as a student rental. You cleaned a spot where carpet had pulled away from a cracked carpet tack edging (between hard floor and carpet), and were able to do so without further damage to carpet. Carpet took a little longer to dry than usual because of the wet weather.

I was frustrated because I called and talked to you guys about cleaning a wool rug from Turkey that needed to be cleaned. You quoted me a price, which I agreed to. ($176.00) However, when the carpet cleaner guy got to my home he quoted me an additional $100 on top of that, and said he would have to take the rug to your shop for a couple of weeks. I did not feel comfortable giving my $7000 rug over to someone I didn’t know. He said he didn’t feel comfortable cleaning it in my home. None of this information was given to me when I inquired about the cost before hand.

He was clean and courteous, as well as meticulous in his attention to detail, cleaning every nook and cranny of area we asked him to cover I didn't need to ask him to go back and get underneath anything. I like being able to get my carpet and furniture cleaned at the same time

Cleaned the rugs and chairs nicely. Very quick about their work. The only suggestion I have is to give them booties to wear on their shoes once in the home. We had footprints throughout the house after they left and had to re-mop the entire kitchen, hallways, and living room. Booties might help with the footprints that result from them walking on wet carpets and then other surfaces.
