Zerorez made a total mess of my carpets. More like 100% Rez. Whatever yellow enzyme the tech used turned my carpets yellow and they looked worse than before. That yellow stuff spread out all over the area much larger than before. And it stinks! The off white carpet in my living room turned yellow and looked like urine. I used my own carpet cleaner and went over the area 4 different times and got out most of the stain. But my basement carpet is still a mess. I am totally disgusted and feel like I got completely ripped off to the tune of $550. Honestly, this looks like a BBB complaint situation. I've never been so dissatisfied with a company.
I feel like you should send out a different tech with equipment to suction the yellow stuff out of the remaining area. I want clean carpeting!. Furthermore, even after 3 days the carpeting was still sopping wet and I had to get fans and leave them on for a couple of days to dry out the carpets.
You need to make this right.

Carpets look like new. It did costs twice what I had thought due to speciality products added to treat pet and other stains, but this was optional, and fully explained before treatment.
No use of soap clean high powered water.

Our guy was super nice and gave us all the information for protecting our carpets. However, after he left I have since found 3 spots that didn't get cleaned. Another guy came to help and he originally said an hour and a half but they finished under 45 minutes. He arrive later than 4 which is fine because they did call to tell me but I did feel like we were the last appointment of the day and just wanted to get done and thats why I am finding spots still.

My up stairs carpet was almost all the way dry within 8 hours
my floors looks the best they have looked for years
The technician did an excellent job of using the equipment; however, after the carpet dried, one 2 x 3 ft. area still looked soiled. Because of this, the maintenance man who inspects the apartment when someone moves said the area would have to be "scrubbed." We agreed they would bring in their cleaning company to do it. This will cost me any additional $70. I would have called Zerorez to come back, but I don't think the type of equipment you use would be able to "scrub" the spot.

Your technician, Jacob, was very knowledgeable about investigating any biological spots on the carpet, how to best clean each of the areas, and shared what we should know in a very understandable way. He was personable, thorough, and very efficient. We were grateful to have him (and your system) take care of our carpet. We definitely will call you in the future whenever our carpets need to be cleaned. Also, we really do feel comfortable highly recommending your system and company to our friends and others.
