Great service

I do like that there is no soap used in the cleaning process. This process cleans the carpets so nicely. Carpets seem to dry quickly. Appointment was easy to schedule. I was made aware of arrival time! The young men who cleaned the carpets were great!
Hated how expensive the service ended up being with the added sealant. I am not sure it is really worth $90 a room. I guess I will see. Even with the special price I ended up spending much more than I planned on spending.
Overall I believe in Zerorez's cleaning ability.

I paid extra to remove the urine smell. There was no improvement at all. Was a complete waste of money.

It shouldn’t take an up sell to the bio treatment to clean our carpets. I felt that I was deceived that my carpets could be cleaned at the advertised price, which, according to our technician, wasn’t the case. The carpets were definitely not that dirty and I feel another company wouldn’t have needed anything “extra” to clean the carpets properly. The technicians were great... just not happy that the up sells seemed to be a necessity rather than something extra. If it’s necessary, ask some questions up front and include it in the quoted price. At least I won’t get the bait-and-switch when you’re already standing in my house.
