Areas of the carpet that were cleaned were still really wet after 10 hrs when the carpet were cleaned. The tech was professional and courteous and punctual.

Hunter appeared very knowledgeable about carpets, cleaning, and stains. He accurately identified some stains where I already knew what they were -- milk and urine. I felt he gave a accurate assessment of what I could expect from the cleaning process.

I had another “chemically free” company do my carpets only once and I had a rash on my feet that swelled up and burned, I found out about Zerorez and that was years ago now, I wouldn’t use any other company. The workers are polite and do a thorough job, even on a cat pee area. I would highly recommend Zerorez.
I like the idea of the alkaline water allowing cleaning without the use of harsh chemicals.

Connor was wonderful! My carpet looks great. He was so sweet with me and my dog. He worked real hard on my old carpet to make it look fantastic.
The price felt high. I added pet treatment which more than doubled the advertised special price.
The service tech was great very polite and worked hard. My only complaint is the pet treatment that was so expensive didn’t work, my carpet still smells. It almost seems like it just spread it and made it worse.
In the past my carpets were left much dryer. This time they were very wet it took more than a day for them to dry.

This is the second time that I have used ZeroRez. I love the technicians and the quality of work performed by each of them. They have taken care of spots on the carpet and I feel like I can get another year or two from the carpet. Great job!
