The carpet cleaners were very friendly and answered questions. To me, the kind customer service and their suggestions on how to best care for the carpet were very helpful. They worked hard and did their best to clean up and refresh our carpets despite the carpet age.

It was very expensive ($772), we moved all but one chair (which I moved when he was cleaning that room) and I was told that it was your policy to not move any furniture.

I had to vacuum all the rooms I wanted cleaned (I was told that) and in light of your fees I felt that to be excessive.

The cleaning was done well but I did not feel the pet treatment
to be worth $250 while you were telling me that it wouldn't really make the pet spots go away.

I would not have you come again.

I’m sure our furniture is cleaner, but it just doesn’t look much better. I had higher expectations. The guy that came out was nice and professional, but it just wasn’t as good as I’d hoped
