Didn't meet my expectations especially from all the advertising you do and what Doug Wright praises. More spots on carpet after cleaning than before -- had to come back to remove them. Did not notify us as to when the cleaning specialist,one hour before coming either time, just showed up at front door. Waited both times causing us to have to change some of our to do's.
It didn't take that long to get the job done and the technician was courteous and professional.
You are quick and efficient
The young man arrived on time. He worked quickley and I went downstairs and ironed while he worked upstairs. He didn't make a lot of noise and was th tthvery polite and professional. I was very pleased with his work. I will have him again. And would recommend him to anyone. He had booties on his feet and a mask on his face. He was neat and clean about taking his equipment out of my home.

Zerorez did a fantastic job for us. In 16 years, we had NEVER had the carpet in our basement professionally cleaned. Needless to say, Zerorez had their work cut our for them. They were more than up to the task. Their workers were very professional, and they did a fanstastic job!
None of the stains in the house were removed or even lightened. Not sure what I paid for.

I filled out this survey already and have not been contacted regarding my complaint. To request I fill out another survey is redundant and candidly very irritating. While I would allow your company an opportunity to make things right, the delay or the disingenuous “we want to hear from you” approach without a timely response is worse than the original poor service.

How clean my carpet is. I especially liked the pet disinfectant, it really took the smell as well as the color out of my carpet. And lived the deodorizer!!
When my stairs dried, they have left streaks on it so they are off color, not sure why they did that. Otherwise it would have been a 10 because the rest of the area looked great.

Zerorez is AWESOME!!! We just moved into a townhome and wanted our carpets done before moving in and it was perfect. Super thorough but also quick!! We will definitely use zerorez next time we need carpet cleaning.

We had an issue that ZR had to come back for. They did and we solved it, but it was inconvenient.
We like how the carpet looks after you clean it. We like that their is not smell to you cleaning solution. You service men are polite and nice to work with.
If you have returned to a customer for a call back service, follow up with a phone call to make sure customer is satisfied.
