Dries fast. Your technician was great
Friendly and competent tech
They did a great job, my carpet feels so soft and clean.
I just like the science behind this process. The service provided always meets my expectations.
At first the technician said he didn't know if the cord would be long enough to get to my unit.
Turns out it was long enough however, as soon as he started to clean the wand broke. We had to wait for an hour for another one to be received. Once he got the new wand it went pretty fast.
I have been using zerorez for a few years. Always happy with the results and the customer service of the employees. I will keep using their services.

It was easy to schedule an appointment with Zerorez. I scheduled on-line. The technician, Hunter, was right on time and answered all my questions and made sure I understood everything about the carpet cleaning. He was friendly and very respectful of me and my home. The carpets looked great after he was done.

Headquarters called when technician had 30 minutes left at the appointment before mine. Then the technician himself called me to let me know he was on his way. I liked that the carpet dried so fast! I thought it would take 24 hours, but it was less than 10! I really liked how the carpet felt after it was cleaned. It was fluffy and not crusty like other carpet cleaners I’ve used.

Although my technician was very pleasant and did a great job with my carpets, there were a few things I was not impressed with: he came to my door with no mask on and I had to remind him to get it. He also did not wear shoe covers or gloves in my home. With the rise in Covid cases and extra precautions I would have hoped that he would have been a little more cautious in my home. However, with that being said I am happy with the job he did.
