I hired Zerorez in AZ a few years back and they did not disappoint, so I obviously had no other thoughts than to hire them to clean my apartment in Utah. Service was great and again, did not disappoint. The only complaint would be the availability. The first available appointment wasn’t until about 3 weeks out.

My carpet was damaged and someone was supposed to call me in 24 to 48 hours. This was a week ago.

Carpet was very clean and soft

Have the Service Technicians all doing the same process. Some cut corners or leave processes out. Correcting this would put us back at a 10 for Zerorez.

Ben was very good and very helpful and did an excellent and thorough job!

However, We were actually scheduled to have our carpets done Friday morning, June 12th. When no one came by 10:15am I called and was told the work order for our carpets had been misplaced or lost. The receptionist offered to have someone come that afternoon but that did not work for us as we already had plans made for the afternoon. We were then given the time of Saturday morning---that is when Ben came and did our carpets.

The technician was absolutely fantastic. I

He was very thorough in the beginning but by the time he had finished he didn't get spots out of the carpet and didn't say anything about not being able to get the spots out of the carpet. Is ist possible to get a little of the spot cleaner and I will try and work on those spots.

I only recommend a 5 because of the extra money charged for being in Utah County. I love the way you clean and was willing to pay the extra but may not in the future.

The person who came to clean was excellent, he did a wonderful job.

Feed back after the service is completed

We had just moved into a new home where the previous owners left all the carpets in every room a nasty, gross disaster. We contemplated just tearing it all out but, before going that drastic I wanted to give zerorez a go at it to see if they could work some magic. Aside from a couple of stains that actually dyed the carpet fibers red- they were able to get 99% of all the other stains and messes out. Along with the deep cleaning that pulled out nasty hair and dirt that was deeply embedded in the carpets. Once done the carpets looked like new. I can rest assure that me and my family have nice, fresh, clean carpets now.
