Carpet cleaning should not require a tip. You don't inform your customers that a tip would be requested while the workers themselves stood there waiting. How is one to know what kind of workmanship has been done. Of course the carpet looks clean and is fresh appearing but you don't know if a good job was done or not. It would appear Zerorez employ's the tip tactic to avoid paying decent wages to their workers. I didn't appreciate a surprise tip request.

The rep did a great job with superb results. He worked very fast, and was detailed in his recommendation of additional services. I have a rug over the section he recommended coating so I opted otherwise. We're very pleased with our cleaner carpet. Thank you do much.

Cleaning wasn’t done properly. Also, after 2 visits we still have 2 spots that weren’t taken care of. The technician seemed to want to just get done with the job. He was so unlike what we’ve gotten use to seeing from Zerorez. Unfortunately, we will think twice before we use Zerorez again.

We have used Zerorez for years and have always been very satisfied with the way our carpets look after they have been cleaned. Our technicians have been thorough and have always done a good job. They have been honest about how each area will clean up given the age and condition of the carpet, and have offered suggestions as to how to best maintain them. Only on one occasion did we have an issue with how the carpets looked the day after and Zerorez immediately sent someone else out to redo the work.

Parts of our carpet was missed and spots are still there, when we touched those spots, they were not wet at all, which leads me to believe some areas were missed. The places, he took time on are good. My opinion is he was in too big of a hurry and didn't do it thorough. I already responded with this in a text, and I got I am sorry.
