Again, we are fully satisfied with the level of service given by your technician. We did schedule a service mainly for cleaning a few spots In two different areas. Some of them got taken out by your machine and some did not. This morning we bought a carpet cleaning solution from a local retail store and were able to take out most of the Remaining spots manually!

At first the technician said he didn't know if the cord would be long enough to get to my unit.
Turns out it was long enough however, as soon as he started to clean the wand broke. We had to wait for an hour for another one to be received. Once he got the new wand it went pretty fast.
I have been using zerorez for a few years. Always happy with the results and the customer service of the employees. I will keep using their services.

It was easy to schedule an appointment with Zerorez. I scheduled on-line. The technician, Hunter, was right on time and answered all my questions and made sure I understood everything about the carpet cleaning. He was friendly and very respectful of me and my home. Headquarters called when technician had 30 minutes left at the appointment before mine. Then the technician himself called me to let me know he was on his way. I liked that the carpet dried so fast! I thought it would take 24 hours, but it was less than 10! I really liked how the carpet felt after it was cleaned. It was fluffy and not crusty like other carpet cleaners I’ve used.
