The young man called as we were advised he would. He showed up on time and did a thorough job on a very dirty carpet. We are grateful for his help.

I read that your people were coming with masks and equipment would be sanitized. He did neither. There were spots still left of the floor and I didn't see any real effort to even try to lighten it with extra scrubbing.
In my daughter's room, it was like he cleaned the bare minimum, some of the carpet was still dry between the bed and bookshelf. It was smaller than the width of his tool, but he could have used the stairs tool that he had right outside the door. Part of my recliner wasn't wet either. I believe he skipped the bottom foot part.

I think he should have used an edge tool to get by the baseboards. I felt like the job was done, just not thoroughly. I was disappointed.

My floors do look better than they did, but I felt like the technician, while polite, was just wetting my floors and going through the motions-not making a real effort to make them look as good as they could be.

Cleaning the tile left a lot of water and edges by walls and other things still dirty and wanted to much money for a lot of little extra things like cleaning a chair. Putting a extra solution on dog Urine

Everything went very well, tech was on time, inspected for carpet issues and began working. He was helpful putting blocks under my furniture and took extra time to treat 2 spots on my carpet that would not clean up with regular cleaning methods.

Better explanation of how a room is defined. If a room is 280 sq. ft. and is over the 200 sq. ft. f
room size, is it considered to be 2 rooms and charged accordingly?
