I have used Zerorez for years and except for one time when the carpets remained really wet for days, I have been very pleased. I would recommend your service to all my friends..
I did not expect our carpet would take 8 hrs to dry..I thought Zeroez was different than other carpet cleaners, but I feel it was no different. The cleaner himself was a nice person so nothing against him, just wasn't as impressed as they make it look and sound on TV.

Working just huh that’s a great way of seeing it all over the next couple days but I’m sure it would have a better idea of a better way but it would have to come out of my mind and then we get back in and the next day or so we will be happy and we can do better than I thought we were just thinking of going and let me see what we have to say and I have to a friend

Carpets were cleaned and Look great.
Bedrooms were left stained orange. After retreatment, some staining still remains. This was NOT an $800 cleaning and I’m pretty angry about it. I feel ripped off and treated like crap by the customer service people who come across as lazy — refusing to phone a manager at 3:00 pm well working normal business hours. They were unhelpful, and then left snarky messages on my voice mail. The only saving grace was a conversation with Mitch who validated the problem and sent out someone to reclean — but there are still stains so we’re going to have to do this again.
Maybe lower the price a bit

We have previously used Zerorez to clean our carpets, with complete satisfaction. However this time, we were not pleased. We requested cleaning of much of our home, a rather large job involving a lot of carpet plus a tiled kitchen floor. The technician said it would probably take him about 3 hours to finish. Just under 2 hours later, he was finished. We went away for several hours while the floors dried. When we returned we found what appeared to be some of the dirty tile residue on the living room carpets. Also we discovered spots in the bedroom carpet that were not removed. I got down on hands and knees to complete a job we had paid your company to do. On hands and knees, I also had to clean edges of the tile next to mop boards and cabinets that were not touched. Then I realized I should have called you to return and finish the job, to my satisfaction. We paid over $500.00 for this work, which I ultimately had to finish. I was not happy with the way this turned out. What recourse is there for this unhappy customer?
Employee was respectful and job was well done. Im just sad a few stains didn't come out-probably unreasonable for me to wish all had (ice had our home for 7 years and it's never professionally been shampooed). The young man did a Great job tho
The cleaner was polite and quick.
Not haveing a fan was a part of my issue but as things dry out and even though we did a deep clean for doggie issues, I am not smelling much of a change; time will tell. Yes, the rug is clean but your machine bunched up a seam in my carpet that is not a good site.

The carpet in the closets weren't cleaned. Didn't know those weren't included 🤷. I already called and they have already set up another appt to come do at least one that I really wanted done. Also the blue food coloring stains didn't come out with the clean. I guess I hoped they magically would.
