the high traffic areas, stairs and hallways, didn't get as clean as I hoped. The floor was wet and crunchy so I know something happened, but I can't see a difference anywhere. Technician was friendly, courteous and on-time with good communication.

Eric J came and did a re-service on our carpets. It was a 100% improvement. He went beyond the minimum and made them look very nice. We were very pleased.
After everything dried there were still 2 places with stains that did not come out, but overall, we were so glad to get our carpets cleaned after 7 years and 3 dogs in our home. Joe was great, and I I would recommend you... my only reason I didn’t give you a 10 is because we waited all day, and he was running behind, but no one let us know until I called to find out what was going on...I got a discount for the inconvenience, which was great, but no communication, and an appointment that didn’t start until after 5, was a pain.

Amazing method and outcome!!! Perfect every time!! Tends not to resoil as quickly as "soapy" methods. I recommend their sealant.

We have been customers of Zerorez for 25+ years. I recommended them to my sister in Smithfield several years ago. They had to get enough customers to make it worth their while. Now I think they have Zerorez in Smithfield!
ZeroRez worked a miracle on the deep cleaning of some serious pet stains!!

We called and have not hear back from Zerorez. We scheduled a tent-trailer with canvas that needed cleaning and two cars. The technician came and said he could't do the tent trailer but after some convincing he called a person and that person told him he could do it and what to charge. He gave me a bid and I told him to do the three items. He said it might take around 2 1/2 hours. My husband and I left for 25-30 minutes to run an errand after he had just started cleaning the canvas on the trailer. When we returned he had started on one of the cars. We do not feel that he took any time trying to clean the canvas, it was a terrible job and the cars were very expensive to have done. We have used Zerorez many times before to do our carpets and have been very satisfied. This technician acted as if he didn't care about the quality of the work he did. The cars were Beetle cost $240.00 to have only part of each seat cleaned and the Durango cost $250.00 to have the carpets cleaned. Those fees were very expensive but I approved his estimate. The tent-trailer canvas cost $400.00 which I was happy to pay to have it cleaned but it didn't look as if he did much if anything. I am going to post my opinion on this on Facebook. We should have had the courtesy of a return call.

I love Zerorez. My carpets always feel so clean afterwards and stay clean longer. They dry quickly which is a great plus and their technicians are always so professional, ask you to check their work and very efficient. Plus I love that they have corner protectors!

There were still major coffee stains and I realize that they would be difficult and perhaps impossible to get out. I would recommend your service as we you were prompt and perhaps did the best you could. Thank you
