Hi, I'm not sure what happened the first time my carpet was cleaned. It was not thorough. I'm glad that Caleb came back to redo the main traffic areas. That second round with Caleb was perfect. I don't know that I want to go through a double process again. I've used many carpet cleaning services. I had hoped one round would be sufficient. I am not sure I would recommend to others for fear that they would have to go back and forth for a proper cleaning and more than one round-- and may go back to our old service. It was hard on us to move things around and clear kids and manage a second round. We originally scheduled the second round for a Friday and were called last minute to reschedule for a Tuesday. We moved things around three times because of the reschedule. That was just really annoying and time consuming.

Your cleaning technicians are thorough, and very pleasant to work with. The cost is reasonable. I love that my carpets dry quickly.

Zerorez doesn’t use chemicals and I especially want to avoid ones that leaves behind a fragrance which usually makes me sick. As far as I can tell, there was no residue left behind either that attracts dirt and eventually gets the carpet dirty again if not more so. The carpet-the entire house-just smelled a lot cleaner. I really liked the topical disinfectant too. The smell of it didn’t make me sick but more importantly, it obviously cleaned my carpet. Zerorez was precisely what I wanted in all considerations!

Our carpets are solo nice. The technician was excellent!!

I wanted the carpets cleaned in the house we just purchased both to get it sanitized and get rid of the dog pee smell. Neither happened.

I asked for deodorizer when Jared was at the house and no freshener of any kind was added. The house smells worse than before.

I was quoted $300 and somehow the charge was over $500.

Additionally, large 3 foot stains remained in 4 rooms.

Because I was trying to stay off of the carpet to let it dry, I was not aware of any of these things until well after the technician had left. When I did realize there was a problem, I called the office and asked for him to come back. I was told he was too busy and that the soonest that they could get someone out was next week. I said this was unacceptable because we were having company this weekend and that I would have to pay to get somebody else to come in.

I couldn’t be more disappointed in this experience and feel like we were aggregiously overcharged for the service that we received.

I couldn’t have been more surprised, because the ZeroRez Service that we have received for years in Portland, was always the best in the business and well worth the money.

We will never use your service again or recommend ZeroRez in this area.

Their technicians are polite and listen to you. They try their best to make your carpets the best way possible. We were lucky to have Jared.

Very friendly staff and my carpets looked and smelled great after the cleaning.

It just didn’t seem like it did very much after the carpet dries off. Stains were still visible, pet odors still very strong
