I realize the afternoon window appointment time was 11:30 to 4; however, when I called at 1:30 to see if I could get an ETA, the dispatcher could not give me one. The technician did not show up until 3:30. More accurate scheduling would be extremely helpful.

Zero Rez is my very favorite way to clean my carpets and upholstery! They don’t use any chemicals, it dries super quickly, and it looks amazing! The staff is always super friendly and helpful. When we got our couch cleaned recently, the employee walked me through the whole process, and didn’t leave until he had done a really thorough job. He was amazing!

I have never had a problem and i feel like my carpets are clean. However this last service the technician said my carpets would dry in 8 hours. It has been two days and there are still wet areas. It took 36 hours for most areas to dry.
The technician explained the process and gave option for the best service.

Carpets were cleaner than with any other cleaning system. Austin was very professional and made sure to show us the difference between the clean and dirty carpets. The carpets and furniture were drier faster than with any other cleaning service. We'll definitely use Zerorez again!
My area rug was a challenge. Max faced the challenge and did his best to defeat it.
