We just had our carpets cleaned by Zerorez, and we were so impressed with the quality of the cleaning! Our technician did an EXCELLENT job at making sure spots were treated, the carpet was clean the pile was raked, and the carpet looked like NEW again! I love how efficient and thorough Zerorez is, and will definitely use them again!
We liked the man who cleaned our carpets. He was very helpful in meeting our needs and explaining everything. We are happy with the results. We did have one spot that still has a smell where our dog had spent a lot of time laying. He is going to come and fix it for us. We have had a good experience. We will definitely use zero Rez again.
Once it dried, it's pretty stiff feeling, and there's a couple of stains I didn't notice before he left.
Fabulous job and my carpets look like new again!! Our technician Michael B was totally amazing and went above and beyond to thoroughly clean everything, and got out stains that I was sure would never come out.
The person explained the wonderful procedures used to clean carpets and when finished our carpet looks brand new! I will have them come back again.

If there is anyway to have the appointment time in a shorter time slot, that would be nice. Knowing that the carpet cleaners are going to show up anytime between 11:00-4:00 is a long time to have to leave open.

First off your technician was such a nice person and explained everything so well to me, he worked hard and fast and did a very thorough job. His name was Jacob. I liked Jacob he was very nice, and polite. I hope he gets a per-motion, he deserves one, he worked very hard. He was by far the best tech I have had come here.
The carpet cleaning was good. However my floors took a long time to dry and smell really bad. After they were cleaned they have a really musty almost mildewy smell. I have never had them cleaned and had a bad smell with my past carpet cleaner. Mel my other business’s carpet man used a product that dissolved bacteria and odors and the carpets dried faster.
I have always like zerorez because my carpets are not soaking wet after but this time they were. 24 hours later they were still wet! That has happened to me with other cleaners but never zerorez before now.
Great friendly service. Prompt and thorough. Especially appreciate the extra safety measures taken during this pandemic.
Hi we really liked the service person who came and we just don’t feel the carpets were entirely cleaned in main traffic areas- we still have very noticeable spots and dirt in those spaces. Our carpet isn’t the highest quality but it’s also only 2 years old- rental unit. We discussed with the person who came and we decided to let it be the hoses were already packed. He did bring them back to the lower stairs for one spot. There’s just a lot of areas that need a thorough cleaning and were either not sufficient with the cleaner or just needing more attention. Was expensive for there to still be areas that are noticeably still not clean

My expectations were my carpet would look like it did last time when I had you clean it. especially since I paid for the carpet protection last time. just does not look as clean as it did before

I am super happy with my two rooms and a full room of tile. John did a great job. He was very kind, explained all that he would do. He made sure that I was happy with the work that had been completed. I would definitely use Zerorez again. I was very pleased.
