Great results and excellent customer service
We ‘spot’ tested the carpet after the technician left with a dry white cloth... the white cloth was as dirty as it was prior to the ‘cleaning’. We don’t feel like the ‘treatment’ really was left in long enough for it to do any kind of work. We do not feel that our carpet is much cleaner than it was before the service.

The carpet does not look any more clean than before and the carpet on the stairs and in the basement are still damp in spots 30 hours after the carpet was finished. This is the first time we used you. Not terribly impressed. A discount would be appreciated. Thank you
Pretty good job. Just a good idea the next guy. Was just surprised in the end how much it was. Didn't know about the disposal fee. Probably about $40 more than anticipated

My carpet looks great and the employees have always been so friendly and give great customer service! I love the phone calls giving notice about when to expect their arrival. This is the second time we’ve used Zerorez and will be a repeat customer again.
Carpets look great
The technician was friendly and helpful and did an excellent job. It had been quite some time since the carpet had been cleaned and really needed extra work in some areas. He handled if in an excellent manner with wonderful results. I'll not wait so long next time to give Xerorez a call. The price is also reasonable.

They have always done a great job for me.
I don’t feel it was done any better than if I had just rented a machine and cleaned them myself.
Also was not happy with the results around the floor boards, I questioned and he said that he could do a deep something. I said well do it. I think it should have been done by him in the first place without me pointing it out.
I’m not really happy with what the one room looks like. Yes the bigger soda pop stains are gone but the traffic stains are still there.
