Clean high traffic areas better

They did a great job with our carpets. In particular, we had one area with abundant pet stains and they did an awesome job cleaning that up.

Well as a landlord I've used a lot of carpet cleaning companies over the years. This was the first time I tried you guys. First thing is that when I called in to express the things I was concerned about, not the technician but whoever answered the phone, the guy that I was texting oh, he was a different guy than the one that did the cleaning but I don't know his name, he was very rude and it felt very condescending the way that he just basically treated me like I didn't know what I was talking about. I own a business and I never would treat my customers the way he treated me. I could tell he was offended by my comments and so he got very defensive but that's not how you run a business. Whether you like what I'm complaining about or not it still should be kind and considerate and try to listen to what the customer is saying before just spouting out that they are wrong and that they don't know what to talking about. It's fine after several text messages back and forth he finally understood, only because I was persistent about letting him know, he finally understood and realized that he was wrong, and that he wasn't fully listening to me. He never apologized or anything but I just didn't have a very good experience with the whole thing. That would be the main reason why I wouldn't choose zerorez again, the other reasons are because when I called the technician to let him know I didn't have time to vacuum, but that I could run over really quick if I needed to, he said no problem and there would only be a $10 fee and that he could vacuum for me. He never said that he didn't have a vacuum. I showed up right before just to let him in to the house, because it was a rental property, I walked through and showed him every room and all the places I needed him to clean, then I got down on one knee and pointed to the cracks in the corners between the wall and the carpet and said do see here where it's getting dark, this is the part that I need vacuumed, it's in the crack, this is the part that I need cleaned the most because the carpets I pulled out before this they were black along the corners of the carpets, and I'm trying to avoid that happening so that's why I have them cleaned every so often. The technician started the carpet cleaning before I even left when I was moving some furniture, he didn't vacuum I know because I was watching him spray water all over the carpet. Zerorez didn't even get close to the cracks. They weren't vacuumed or cleaned or anything. as a landlord I'm worried about the life of the carpet because for some reason the dirt likes to collect in the cracks and it turns the edges of the carpet a different color when it's not cleaned, other carpet companies have done a better job. On top of that when he left he left water all over my brand new laminate wood flooring, I'm really glad that I went back to lock up so that I could wipe up the mess that went all the way from the stairs to the doorway. Then to top that off he completely forgot the closet upstairs which I wasn't excited about him coming back for because of the mess he left. it wasn't just a tiny bit of water it was enough water that I would not have left it on my floors, I was worried that would have damaged them. They can handle a little bit of water but not the amount that he left. Normally I wouldn't have taken my time to write this review just because I already expressed it to the one guy over the phone who didn't seem to care at all. And just acted like I should have known that there was no way they could have vacuumed not seem to be all he really cared to say to me. Even though he didn't understand the whole story. so there I am not trying to be rude, I think that the parts of the carpet that did get cleaned look great. I like that it doesn't leave any residue. I wouldn't use this company again because I didn't like my experience, I didn't like the rude guy on the phone, I didn't like how everything happened at my house. So there you go.

Hunter, the young man who came to clean my carpets, phoned ahead and arrived exactly when he said he would. He was friendly and efficient in assessing the the job and explaining what would be done and how he would do it. He worked quickly and effectively and did an excellent job. The carpets look great.

My carpets look great. They even made my white living room rug look like new. Very glad that I chose Zerorez to have my carpets cleaned.

The previous time I used Zerores the tech did not use corner protectors on the door frames, and thus I had to paint. This time there were two techs and provided many corner protectors.

I was not pleased. the guys were kind efficient and nice but the process raised spots. I called and they came back but the guy that came back only poured a spot remover and didn't even scrub it or bring the machine to scrub it or suck up the residue. the spots were still there when he left. don't think I can recommend.
