The carpet was really really wet after you left. It took a couple of days to dry. But most of the spots were gone. And carpet looked good.

One issue was not fixed, peter order. Kriby and I could not find the actual spot of where there was cat urine order but we did our best to locate it and Kirby did do extra coverage to help get he order out.

Very cordial and informative personal. Only thing didn't expect was both stair ways didn't get clean, cost quoted didn't include both stairs. But otherwise very good service, was very satisfied with end result.

How very clean the carpets look, and feel. The professionalism of the service techs, and their promptness.

Professional team members. Answered all my questions and gave me multiple options. Cost was given to me before anything was done. He also cleaned one of my couch cushions where my dog threw up for free. Super nice and respectful.

We have some areas that look like he cleaned in squares and space in between that don’t seem to have been clean. He was very nice and apologized for being over 2 hours late

Scheduling my appointment was a breeze. There was excellent email communication from the office after getting my appointment scheduled. The tech contacted me on the day of my appointment with an estimate of his arrival time. He arrived as scheduled and he was friendly, professional, and clean cut. He outlined the services he would be providing and got right to work. He was highly knowledgeable and efficient and he did a fantastic job. I highly recommend Zero Rez and we will be using them again.

Your technician Richard was very friendly, a hard-worker, very informative without being pushy, and very conscientious. It must be difficult doing his work and wearing a mask, but he did it! I also thought your prices were very good and my carpets look great.
