I shouldn't have to say this, but your folks shouldn't take off their mask, even briefly, when in my home. Before I let them into my home, I specifically asked what safety measures they'd take. They said they'd be wearing masks. I took that to mean they'd keep them on while in my home. The smaller gentleman kept pulling his mask off/on when he didn't think I was looking. I don't want your germs sprayed around my home, period. Keep it on. I also had to ask that same person to make sure he got all the way into the corners and edges as they'd missed a couple areas in the closet where we were particularly concerned about pet odors. The other, taller gentleman was a little difficult to understand at times, but he was responsive and did a nice job, particularly in our master bedroom.

Our technician did a nice job. He had his mask on when he came, but he dropped it below his nose while he worked and even when we talked. I wish he would have worn it properly during the entire time he was here.

I used to have wall to wall carpeting and paid $400 or so for quite a few whole rooms to be cleaned and pet treated. I just had a treatment for some area rugs and it was just as much. Doesn’t seem reasonable. The tech did a great job overall though.

Stain removal needs to be improved. The associate was good at telling me that he couldn't get stains out, but why? Part of carpet cleaning is stain removal and he was hardly able to get any of the stains out.

I liked that my spots all came up and the technician was good and friendly.

Zerorez has great customer service. I had some questions regarding my appointment and when I called they were very helpful. When the technician came to my home he was professional and very knowledgable about the products. He did a great job cleaning my carpets. I love how there is no soapy residue and that my carpets aren't "crunchy" when they dry.

Leaves no soap residue and does not fray the carpet. The guy that came out to do our carpet was professional and courteous.

We have not ever used Zero Rez before. Most of the rooms look good but a few that were pretty soiled do not look much better. I was a little disapointed.

Zerorez cleans my carpets wonderfully well everytime. I like the professionalism of the workers and appreciate that they are really hard workers! I especially like that my carpets have no residue after the cleaning and that they look renewed and are totally clean. After many years of having other companies clean my carpets and not being satisfied, I now only use zerorez.

I really appreciate that zerorez was willing to come back re-clean the carpet a second time when I found some undesirable streaks and shadows in my carpet.

Again, we are fully satisfied with the level of service given by your technician. We did schedule a service mainly for cleaning a few spots In two different areas. Some of them got taken out by your machine and some did not. This morning we bought a carpet cleaning solution from a local retail store and were able to take out most of the Remaining spots manually!
