The cleaning tech was courteous and helpful. He moved furniture to clean the carpets. The cleaning was efficienlly completed, with a few of the stubborn soiled spots still visible, but not as before the cleaning. Overall, we are pleased with the work.

The outcome was truly amazing! I had ordered grout and tile cleaned as well as carpets cleaned. The technician did a sample area to see if I felt it made enough difference to spend the money as it is on quite a lot of money. Sadly because our tile grout was never sealed it didn’t make enough difference to spend the money. I REALLY felt this spoke volumes on the company as they want their customers satisfied.

The time that the Technician was going to arrive was communicated to me clearly, I received a call from the office saying when to expect the Technician. Then i received another call from the Tech himself letting me know he was on his way so there was no surprise there. He was polite and professional, taking the time to explain everything to me. I appreciated the mask and gloves as well as the foot coverings in this crazy time of Covid. I will for sure recommend Zerorez to people when they are looking for someone to clean their carpets.

Mostly your techs. They didn’t over sale me, and taught me what I needed. They worked hard to remove a crazy stain and explained why I needed protectant. I was impressed and satisfied with their work.

Zerorez came back and did a few areas that I didn't feel got done quite right. I was very specific with Hunter. He is a nice young man but really didn't listen to me. A couple of the areas that I wanted him to do he didn't do again. I was disappointed that he didn't listen to me and redo what I wasn't happy with.
