I appreciate being able to have my carpets cleaned with no chemicals, in a non-toxic way.
We were very happy, both the technician who was competent and likable, and with the service. I like the feeling of no residue left on the carpet.
The safety precautions taken for my walls, he wiped up the floor so it's not left wet and he was just a great guy!
Better cleaning the stairs. the outside edges are not clean. I don't know if I should have you come back and re-do them?

My technician was very hard working and did an excellent job. She also let me know that if I had any problems or questions that she would be happy to come back and take care of them. I haven't, but it was nice to know that she was willing to follow up. Great work!!

Notification system is above and beyond other companies with the first ETA call from the company and the second ETA call from the technician. Technician was friendly and professional, with a quick and easy payment. They got some pretty nasty dirt out from the previous owner move-out and the top floor of my house no longer has a weird smell! Highly recommend this company to take one source of stress out of moving.

The excessive price for a treatment that the tech demanded doing or he would not clean the carpets was ridiculous. You offer deals but you still get your money with cheap shots like that.
The carpet seemed unusually wet this time when the men left. We took towels and blotted up water in places. And they weren’t here nearly as long as they had been in the past. We’ve been using you for 13 years here at this location so we know what to expect.
