My carpets are only 4 years old, but they had some stains that we haven't been able to get out. They have all been removed and my carpets looks amazing! And they have a 30 day guarantee so if the stains resurface because they were deep into the padding they will come back and take care of them again. Scheduling, reminders, and the amount of time to do the work was perfect!

I like that only natural stain removers and special hot water are used. Our carpet is OLD and well used, but it looked much better even considering all that and did not smell chemically. The tech was an extremely polite and cheerful young man! Very pleasant!! We were overall very pleased with our experience!!!

The cleaning was very well done and the carpet looked almost new. The represenattires were very friendly and professional. Would definitely use again.

My technician was great...he worked to get the stains and dog hair out of our carpets and did a great job....it has now been over a week and the rug still looks terrific....unlike soap based company cleaning that I used for years.....drys faster than old company also!

I had my carpets cleaned on Monday Aug. 10. My dog had recently had a large accident, so I paid the extra fee for the pet treatment. After the cleaning was complete, it looked like the carpet had not even been cleaned. My husband spent the better part of last night spot cleaning it himself and the water that came out of our small cleaner was so brown, we could not even imagine or believe that we had just paid a professional. I do not know what or if anything was even cleaned. We did get the spots out ourselves, so I guess I will never need a to use Zerores again.
I do however like how kind and respectful the technician was.
