I love Zerorez because I love the idea that a bunch of chemicals aren't being put into my carpet. I have used them twice since I moved to Utah and both times the techs have been friendly and professional. Both times, my carpets have come out looking great! I will definitely be using them in the future!:)

Your tech was pretty rough, she put a pretty good dent in a walll and didn’t say anything.

I'm not sure exactly what it is, but I felt like my carpets were cleaner the last time you came. Maybe my carpets were dirtier and required a company that uses cleaners instead of water to remove. I really do think the technician tried hard, I guess it's just his personality, but he was annoyed by my requests to go back over the dirty spots. He reluctantly redid my stairs. His comments well they were really dirty and when i said that why I had you come is to clean them, he said well how many people go up and down those stairs, it will depend on that on how clean I can get them. I said well you need to do them again and he did and I was happy with the outcome. After that I was kind of afraid to mention to him where I felt the carpet need extra care. I still have several dark spots in my bedroom, but when I mentioned he said that is the wear in your carpet, yes carpet wears but I think one more time over could have helped. In my living room I explained that it was really dirt in the traffic area, he gestured like ya a know. He worked very hard on those areas, but I think he damaged the carpet with the amount of back and forth with crazy pressure, in fact strains of my carpet came out. I've always loved Zerorez but my last experience was not what I had hoped. Please don't get on the tech to much, because I think he was trying and I'm sure he's a valuable team member for you. The room still smells of cat after I paid for the stuff to treat animal bacteria. It also has stains which did not come up. I scheduled a redo and called to find that I have to wait a week for them to come back! That is not good customer service, the room sits with nothing in it and unusuable.

Fast, professional and effective!

The technician was great. He was super friendly and respectful of our home. Our carpet tuned out okay. Our tile/grout really needed a cleaning but we did a patch test and it was clear that it would not come clean with his tools. He recommended I have all of my tile re grouted. A week later I found a company that came in and made my tile look brand new, they didn’t charge an arm and a leg, and I didn’t need to re grout. I would probably not recommend you to my friends but I’m sure your equipment and style of cleaning works for others.

We are always pleased by how beautiful our carpets look after they have been cleaned by Zeroez. The cleaner always is professional and hard working and makes sure we are satisfied.

Restored the carpet to bran new

The only thing I would suggest is to advise us that we need to use fans to dry off the carpet. We didn't realize this and it didn't dry very well and smelled musty. We went down the next day and quickly added fans. This would be a good thing to let us know.

Friendly, efficient, quick.

Zeroez has always given us great service. The technicians, John and Michael (I think) were very efficient, fast and accommodating to my needs. The only thing I would have had different was:
They scheduled me from anytime between 8:00 and noon. The techs came at noonish. I could have accomplished a lot of things up to that time had I known that wouldn't be here until noon.
Other than that, I am so happy to have clean carpets. They did a great job. Thank you.

It was fast and dried quickly

The carpets look great and Mitch worked so hard!

The rep/cleaner was nice very professional. However my hope was that by going with a professional that the stains would be removed and my carpets would look better. There were still spots and high traffic areas still look a little lighter but still distinguishable. I tried carpet cleaner from the store to remove some of the stains and they came right out of the carpet.

This is why i wouldn't recommend this service

Austin came and cleaned our carpets. He was very thorough and made sure to explain everything so that we understood what was going on. He is very personable and would recommend him to clean anyone's carpets.

Thank you for wanting to have our feedback. The gentleman that came out was cordial and listened to our concerns. He did not wear a face mask as advertised they would. He went over the rooms quite quickly and then gave us instructions of how long to wait before walking on the carpet. So when we could walk on them to feel if they were dry, they felt a little on the crusty side like the dirt had been brought up to the surface but not completely removed.

I called the customer service and mentioned this and that I would like them to come back out to go over these areas again. They were happy to come out again to make it right and made an appointment. When he came he again was nice but no mask and asked about our concerns. He mentioned that the traffic areas don't quite lift up like other areas less smashed down but should be better if it was needed. Then he went over the areas again and left. I heard him taking the equipment out but didn't know he had driven off so my door was open a little longer than I would have liked it to be and my dog was good about not trying to escape ;)

I love that there is no harsh chemical residue left behind, however, I do miss the clean smell after the carpets have been cleaned.

I like that the carpet is NOT stiff when it dries, also like the speed with winch it dries.
