Products seem to be very good, no complaint there. The technician, Jestin was superb...hard working but also very personable and very willing to do whatever he had to do to please, a great guy. You got a good one in Jestin.
The technician was great! The person I spoke with on the phone before I scheduled the appointment just said your company would be able to treat my area to remove a sticky residue left after a plastic film was removed, but the residue is still there. It’s disappointing only because the sole purpose of my having the area cleaned was to remove the residue, and it didn’t work.

The only recommendation is, my home now smells like wet carpet, kind of musty. I'm sure it's because you don't use any chemicals. Is there something you could put on the carpet when done that smells fresh? Other than that, the experience was fine.
