I think that the service and process is great ... The only caution is that it takes much longer for the carpets to dry than the 8 10 hrs you tell people ... Our carpet was cleaned 2 days ago and it still isn't dry and won't be for another day or two ......

My carpet looks pretty close to new. Every stain that was in the carpet is no longer there. I didn't have to leave the house for a night and was able to move most of my furniture back in the same day. The representative Michael was super friendly and efficient.

It's all in the name! Zerorez = Zero Residue left behind. Scheduling an appointment was a breeze. I got notification when I made the appointment, a few days before the appointment, and I got a call when the technician was on the way. Every technician I have ever had has been very professional.

Joe was right on time. He was friendly and got right to work. Our carpets look great. They dried quickly and without any odor. We also had two recliners, a love seat and couch cleaned They turned out beautiful. Thanks again for great service.

Ensure that customer service personnel are trained to provide correct answers to customers.
Send trained, knowledgeable technicians experienced at the type of cleaning they will be performing and who can answer questions knowledgeably. The technician, John, who did the initial cleaning was not very knowledgeable about hardwood floor cleaning and claimed he had to perform a test on the floor to see if it could be cleaned. He failed to bring the alcohol to perform the test so he said he couldn't clean the floor. When we told him he needed to go get the alcohol, we had to wait for someone else to bring it to him. Even after he had me sign a damage waiver, he still refused to clean the floor. He said he had consulted other technicians and they all recommended that he not clean the floor. He was very curt and brusque, not providing much of an explanation.

I also had John clean tile and carpeted areas but I had to request that these areas be re-serviced because the carpeting had streaks and dirty spots after drying, and the tile was still dirty. I requested a different technician to come and do the re-service. Hunter seemed to be more knowledgeable and experienced with cleaning the tile and carpeting and did a much better job. I'm pleased that Zerorez did a great job on my tile and carpeting. However, I'm very displeased that Zerorez refused to clean my hardwood floor.

I like that Zerorez doesn't use any chemicals to clean my carpets. They always look so nice after they are done. And they smell clean without an overpowering scent. The price is reasonable and they always come when they are scheduled. I will continue to use Zerorez.

The quality I used to see and came to expect is no longer what I experience or see from this company and it's employees. I keep thinking I will give your company another try but sadly I am disappointed again. I do not feel a full effort is made to really get my carpets clean and they still look dirty. The technician was courteous but the effort and quality of process is noticeably different from years ago.

When your man declared the cleaning done, I asked that we do a walk thru to see how well the cleaning turned out. I found at least 15 spots that were not removed in his cleaning. Your man then cleaned them all, but I had to find them. He should have checked his own work, not relying on the home owner to find them. I am very disappointed in the thoroughness of your employees!
