I was disappointed in some parts of my floor did not seem to get cleaned. I am not sure if the technician was worried bout getting stuff on the walls, but part of my carpet did not get washed in these areas. Also I felt that my tile area was over charged. I have at the most spacious area 14.5 x 17 square feet of tile. I know the young man said it was over 18 square feet on one side. I also have an island in the middle of this area that obviously was not cleaned under, yet included in the cost. I know it was his first time he had done tile on his own and was a little nervous for figuring it out. I do wish that he would have tried to clean near the stove better too. I did like my how my carpets came out though.
We like that the appointment window is confirmed and then when the technician comes a time is estimated. We also like that they are fast and professional.
We had a minor issue in one of the rooms from the first cleaning. I called, and they sent someone back within two days to check it and re-clean. Amazing service and focus on customer satisfaction. We will continue to come back to Zerorez!

I highly recommended you guys to my daughter and her husband and unfortunately their experience was different than mine. I’m embarrassed and disappointed because I gave you guys such glowing reviews. That makes me very sad and I’ll be more hesitant to recommend you guys if at all in the future. I don’t know if things were resolved or not with Casey and Brooke Maynard. I’ve asked them to send me pictures. I hope you take care of them.

I wish I'd had the thought tontske.before and after pictures to show you what a great job they did! It was fast and much more affordable than I thought it would be. Pur tech was friendly and professional!

I was happy with the service but had to have the technician return to follow up on some areas that were not cleaned well. Luckily he came right back the next day and after working on them the stains came out to my satisfaction.

Carpets do not look clean. Stairs look horrible. Our rug, half cleaned. Request a revisit to correct problems. Also, possible damage to master bedroom carpet.

I can't even tell the carpets have been cleaned. The rep must have been in a hurry and didn't have time to do a decent job. It was a total water of money. Now I need to pay somebody else to clean my carpets.

I was converted to zerorez when I had an old carpet that looked like it was done. I had it cleaned hoping to get a few more months out of it until I could replace it. I had had it cleaned a number of times before, and it looked good for literally a week, then it would quickly go back to looking like old worn out carpet. After using Zerorez, we got several more years out of that carpet. It was a high quality carpet, and just needed the proper care. Since that experience, Zerorez is the only carpet cleaning service we use.
My carpet always look like new after the technician is finished. I like the way you put up Conner wall protecter.
