Zerorez did a great job cleaning our carpets and two embarrassingly dirty chairs. They were professional, efficient and friendly. I would highly recommend this company.
First cleaning did not do a good job. We called and you came back for a second cleaning and when the tech came he said well I’m probably not gonna be able to get it clean anyway or something to that effect. And he was right it did not look much better when he left we know it can be clean because we spot clean spots of it on our own and you can see stripes where he cleaned but it did not clean it well. We know the carpet is old and going to be replaced but this is a disappointment
I began using Zerorez shortly after I began hearing their advertisements and have used them
every summer since.
Is it your policy to use spot cleaner only in rare instances. I had spots that I felt needed spot cleaner but it was not used because he was afraid it would lighten the carpet. When you ask the agent to spray spot cleaner and let it sit but he does not, he should discuss this with you at the time and ask if you are willing to take a chance that it might lighten the carpet. It worked well on my carpet when he came back and used spot cleaner.
I like the professional way communication happens with us, the customers. I like the thoughtfulness of the Technicians, the excellent work they do and the consideration of our home. I have used other carpet cleaners and ZEROREZ is the best!!

We have usually had a really positive experience with Zerorez. On the couple of occasions (like this most recent one) that the original technician didn't do a great job, a follow up appointment was scheduled and the area re-cleaned to look much better.
I would suggest that if the techs are going to wear foot coverings to protect the home floors from dirt and things brought in from the outside, that the tech should put those on as they enter the home, and not walk on the street, or drive in them (I noticed that he had them on as he got out of the truck when he arrived and walked around the truck in the street to get things out of the truck and hook things up, and then left them on as he left the house and did all the finish up stuff around the truck.)
The INCREDIBLE job you did cleaning horrible stains out of my elderly mother's carpet! We couldn't believe that it was the same carpet when your tech was finished it looked like new!
I wasn’t as satisfied as I have in the past. I though the $50 each additional room for per treatment was super expensive and I am doubtful of its effect. Also my technician was a nice guy he was only 1 month on the job. He seemed to work really hard but he couldn’t help answer a lot of my questions and when I was paying $450 I wanted to make sure it was done right and didn’t feel confidence. I called the office twice and didn’t feel I got good customer service. Also the technician left a big blue mark from his hose and scrapped up the paint wrapping his cord around the wall to the basement. It will need a paint touch up.
