Very professional

The stain that we had addressed keeps coming back. We had you come back out once since the initial service to attempt to fix the problem but the stain is still present.

The technician was prompt, polite, and kept me informed. Not all stains came up but the technician did set an expectation for that, but I was still hoping for better results after the carpet finally dried. The biggest issue was the oversaturation of the carpet which I did not realize until later. I turned the heat up to 75 before the technician started because he said it would help with the dry time and also turned on a ceiling fan 2 hours after he left. I didn't want to move any furniture in until it was fully dry so I waited a full 24 hours before even attempting to check the carpet and that is when I discovered it was still pretty damp. I was in a time crunch and fortunately I knew someone with access to carpet fans so I didn't bother to call the company. From the time the technician finished to when everything felt dry was roughly 40 hours. I was not expecting or planning for that, so that was disappointing.

Professional service, quick, and no residue

My carpet is at least 40 years old. Max, the Zerorez tech reduced a spot that didn't dissolve with the previous cleaning a year ago. Max is amazing! He was persistent with the spot. His efforts are very much appreciated.

Brigham did an excellent job cleaning our carpets. He was efficient and extremely kind and informative about Zerorez and their process.

This is the third or fourth time I’ve had my carpets cleaned by zerorez. This was the least satisfactory of all the times. I had my tile cleaned, which was good. However, I was less than completely satisfied with the carpet cleaning. First, they accidentally pre-treated an area I didn’t want cleaned. It was brand new carpet that had just been installed in my home a week before. When we went through the house and I showed them the rooms I wanted cleaned, I felt like they were clear on which areas were to be cleaned. In fact, I had even mentioned that we weren’t doing those areas because it was brand new carpet. Because they had pre-treated it, they offered to make it right by going ahead and cleaning it. Also I asked them to put a stain guard on it after they cleaned it because it was high quality carpet with scotch guard. They did that at no cost, but I really would have preferred that they hadn’t accidentally cleaned it . It was brand new carpet. Also, I felt like they left my carpets wetter than the guys from zerorez who have cleaned for me in the past. For these reasons I was a bit disappointed in my experience this time.

However, carpet took a very long time to dry, even with fans running (more than 12 hours for some areas. Also, when we made the appointment we were not told about the $15 charge for water disposal etc. We should have been told that up front.

The technicians were great. The wine stain in my bedroom came out but now there's a burning smell that won't go away. The pet stains didn't come out at all. Pure Elements was much more effective.

My carpets didn’t really come that clean this time. I didn’t have him yet the antiseptic because I didn’t need it... and my carriers don’t look great. I get really irritated with all of the “ add ons” you guys offer. Just charge me to clean my carpets and actually get them clean. This is the first time I have been disappointed with the look of my carpets

Clean, quick drying, doesn’t leave the carpets crusty.

Cleaning system is tops in the industry. We have never found anything equal. Service is also top notch.

Explain a little bit more about the add ons. I wanted my bathroom shower tile and floor tile done and it was explained to me that the shower tile was not included in the special so I was expecting that to be more. However, when the gentleman showed up to measure there was more square feet to be done (which I expected) but then he added on the grout seal that nobody mentioned to me or talked to me about the pricing when I made the appointment. I was glad it was offered but was unaware of all the costs.

Overall I was happy with the cleaning, except for a few tile that we were told was hard water that had stained into the tile and he was unable to get it out.

I was for the most part happy and will have it done again in the future.
