They did a great job. A+. The technician was courteous, professional and most importantly thorough and provided an affordable service. The carpet looks great and dried fully within a day. No stinky smell and the carpet wasn’t stiff and sticky afterwards like other carpet cleaning services used in the past. I will come back to (and wholeheartedly recommend) Zerorez with no hesitation. Flexible in cleaning the things I wanted vs determined to clean top to bottom.
When I called to find out if my rug was done she couldn’t find me in any of the systems. Then I asked her if it was done she couldn’t tell me and had to call me back the next day. Then she charge me for a fee that I wasn’t told about. Then she called me two days later to schedule a drop off time when we had already done that. I feel lucky that I even got my rug back with how disorganized your company is! The guy who delivered did a really good job and I appreciated him.
They do a great job and very willing to work with my schedule. And reasonably priced.

Nour was the tech that did our floors. He was very informative prior to do the work. The carpets looked like new when he was thru. I would use Zerorez again in a heart beat.
