The nap on my carpet was flat and there were spots that were not removed which was the reason I called you back. My first experience was so positive that I expected the same results and was disappointed at the results. I feel like the technician was not as attentive or informative like the first time.

Clean carpet.
First, we paid a lot for this service (over $1,000). We had 3 rooms done; one was large, with the best protectant. Second, we had the pet treatment done, but after, the sprinkled areas still lit up strong under the black light (like they weren't cleaned). I just feel like I paid too much for what I received.

The carpets came out looking great!
The carpets that were cleaned look very nice. However, along the base of the sofa, which is about one inch above the carpet there is a dark portion along that area that has a tendency to get dirty but the cleaning tool can reach. it would have been nice to tip the sofa some to access that edge to clean.
Zerorez is the best! I love that the cleaning process doesn't leave behind any chemicals or residues. Our technician (Jacob) was great and very thorough in his pre-cleaning assessment
so that he could clean our carpets with the most appropriate and effective treatments. When some spots reappeared the next day, larger than they had originally been, he came back out and re-treated them.
I won't use any other carpet cleaning company. Zerorez is the only one I'll use!

It is sad that your technicians have to upsale during their service. Maybe that is helpful for some but it isn't something that I like to deal with.
The reason we prefer Zerorez is because the carpet dries quickly. The stains rarely come back.
