Quick cleaning, carpet feels cleaner and softer, technicians were professional and the service was all around great.
I was just unimpressed by all the added charges for the smallest things. I would look elsewhere next time we clean our carpets.

Carpets look good ... He tried to sell other add on items, which I know is his job. Would be better if these add on options where discussed when making the appointment and full cost disclosed if add ons chosen. I wanted to stick with the cost I was quoted, so I opted not to have the add ons. I was then told I better be saving for new carpet if I didn’t. I sure hope that cleaning my carpet from what seems to be a reputable company, using no chemicals, will not speed up my need to replace my carpet.
Jeremiah did a thorough job cleaning our carpets, and they look great! He recommended an additional silicone treatment to protect our carpet and make it stay cleaner, longer. We liked the suggestion and had it done.

Your service man was very kind and easy to talk to. He was also generous in adding in an uphostery cleaning and a couple of extra things at the time of service.
Since there was a problem with the cleaning, it would have been nice to have it corrected the next day and not wait for a week. You need to have in place such a policy.

Did a great job of cleaning an older carpet
I’ve used Zerorez for years and you get my carpets cleaner than anyone else! When I moved out of my last house I was required to use a different company to have the carpets cleaned and they didn’t seem as clean. I appreciated the professional technician that was sent to clean. He was great!
We were very pleased with the service received on Jan 8 for carpet cleaning, etc. We were kept informed on the arrival time and he was on time. The gentleman walked through the areas listed to be cleaned, inquired about specific areas that needed special attention and clarified the billing, etc. before he started. This gentleman did an excellent job on cleaning the carpets, was able to remove the stains and/or soiling on the specific areas and did the stairs better than anyone has done in the past cleanings. He worked diligently and thoroughly and was careful bringing in the hoses and removing them when finished. He gave us good suggestions on caring for our carpets, was very pleasant and informative as well as very efficient. We would be very happy to have him clean our carpets in the future. He is a very good representative for your company!
