Your technicians were very pleasant and professional. The only problem we have is the pet product that you use didn't work. Even having your tech's return and go over everything again still hasn't solved our problems.

The technician looked at all the areas that needed to be cleaned and then started cleaning. Our carpets looked great and the pricing was what was quoted to me. No surprises except our clean carpets.

I am actually really disappointed in the grout/tile cleaning. It was very expensive and they did a shoddy job. I really like the technology of no soap, but either that doesn't work for grout or the technicians ripped me off. Either way I paid triple for what I actually got.

John was absolutely wonderful. He was incredibly professional, quick and very thorough with his work. He was in and out within an hour and a half, which was VERY impressive considering we had three levels of carpet to be cleaned! I will be recommending Zerorez to EVERYONE!

I was surprised how fast the carpets were cleaned. It took longer for me to vacuum the rooms than the person who cleaned them.
Also I was taken by surprise the extra fees for special treatments to extend the life of the carpet and water removal fees. It took less than a minute to apply.

I was quoted around $200.00 and ended up paying $350.00.
I was offered $33.00 per room but not offered clean 3 rooms and get one free. ( like I heard on the radio a week or so later.

Also we were told we could put the furniture back in 6-8 hrs. The steps and hall were wet the next day .
I do have to say the carpets look great! We are happy with the end results but not what we had to pay .
