My appt was suppose to be in the morning but they never came until 12:30. No one likes waiting around for people to show up to your house. When the guy finally got there he did a really good job. And he was so nice. I think his name was Hunter. I could be wrong. But he was excellent! And they gave me n extra discount because they were so late in getting to my house.
Hunter did a great job on cleaning our carpet. He was helpful and offered good advice.

The job was good and the sales guy was really nice, but it’s frustrating paying 50% more than I was quoted. He said I would have to sign a waiver if I declined the additional bio spray because he said the house was likely to smell worse than it did before he cleaned. Our house is very clean, we just had a few Pee spots fro our house is very clean, we just had countable Pee spots. It seemed like he had no faith in the regular cleaning product that the quote is given for.
Please include the pet treatment with carpet cleaning. It was a 50% increase in quoted price to have the carpets “cleaned.” The service techs were nice and worked fast.
Over an hour late after my 45 minute call, with no notification. I paid extra for spot treatment and it did not come out.
