The products clean the carpets as promised without a residue. And they also dry quickly so we can get back to living in our home. And your service rep, Hunter, was great. Employee was very helpful. Our carpets haven't been cleaned for a couple of years, and we have had a puppy in the meantime. I expected to see our carpets look a bit brighter, but they didn't. We had a couple of stained areas, and they didn't lessen either. It was more expensive to use you, but I feel I could have used a cheaper alternative with the same results.

The young man who cleaned our carpet, I believe his name was Ben (?), gave us the impression he really did not like his job and it showed in the way he did the cleaning. We have had some very good carpet cleaners in the past. I was very disappointed in his attitude.

My tech was very professional and polite. He worked fast was very thorough. The stains on the carpet cleaned up nicely and my concerns were addressed professionally.
They asked as they cleaned if I was satisfied or had questions. They cleaned the areas under the sofa and put them back on foam blocks so it could dry. They made sure to tell me how long it would take to dry and cautioned that it could make my shoes slippery if I walked on the carpet then stepped on vinyl. They were able to get some old pet stain out of a white carpet.
