Be a little more "up front" with your billing. For instance, you have a 3 room minimum, a water disposal fee, stairs are quite a bit more money. All of this was explained to me when I called to make an appointment, but I feel it should be included in your advertising.

Great service and affordable. I’m pleased with how my carpets cleaned up and am excited to see how the micro finish holds up on the stairs. I had them apply the micro finish last time on an area rug and I’ve been amazed at how well the light colored area rug has stayed clean. I had them apply the micro finish on the stairs this time and am hoping for the same great result.

The Tech that cleaned the carpets did a great job at getting the carpets clean. However, I was disappointed that our carpets were so moist that they did not dry quickly like they usually do. It was 18 hours, in some spots 24 hours before the carpet was dry and we were able to replace furniture.
The quick drying time is a feature I value and one of the main reasons I have used Zerorez. I will probably use your services again to give you a second chance.

The products don't have a lot of bad chemicals in them. I had pet sitains and I could see the products work right away on thre messy areas. I had done areas that needed a second treatment and I was scheduled right away, no discussion and no charge. Great customer care! Both technicians were awesome to work with.
