Please have more interaction with the associates about moving furniture and describing what they are actually doing during the cleaning process.
Dried fast
When I asked the tech how long it would take to dry he said it would take 6-8 hous....15 hrs later and the carpet is still wet and the house smells like wet carpet. We had to get a box fan and move it around to help it dry and hopefully we did it soon enough so we dont have mold now under our carpets. I dont know if he used too much water or just didnt actually know how long it takes to dry but not super happy with that.
Did a great job of cleaning the carpets, friendly and being oN time. I wish the carpet dried a little faster. It took almost 24 hours but the Loki beauty.
I'm not happy about being up sold. And didn't feel like I got my monies worth. Since we already paid to have the pet solution added anyway.

Our technician was polite and quick to get to work; he was polite, personable, and wanted us to have an excellent experience. We would recommend any of our family and friends to use Zerorez.
My carpet looks so much better! There are a few spots that could have used pretreatment, but it was hard to tell while the carpet was wet. Technician was friendly and not pushy.

Carpet dries fast, good service.
Your technician Richard was not as amiable as other technicians we’ve had. Very matter of fact and when I mentioned other technicians had given me a complimentary bottle of spot cleaner said he wouldn’t be doing that for me. Even when i saw my bill would be close to $600 he refused to give me a $10 bottle of cleaner. Very poor customer service considering we’ve been loyal customers for years.
I will no longer recommend this company to others.
In addition we still have a super wet spot in the middle of our carpets 24 hours later.
When I called your office to talk to the manger I was out on hold for 5 minutes before I just hung up. It was a simple request but again very poor customer service. I am extremely disappointed and hope you’ll consider better communication skills and better customer retention goals.
Fast, nice technicians
I like how Zerorez provides the extra protectant sealer and how the representative pays special attention to problem areas and works hard to get them clean.
Conrad was excellent again...very knowledgable and great work product at the end. This is the the reason I came back year after year with your company, service is excellent and referred someone to you as he was at the home when things were being done. We have three properties in Park City and recognition of how we provide you business is definitely recognized and its very appreciated.

The vacuum on the truck was not working. I don’t know what else wasn’t working but on the entry to the first room something happened leaving brown discoloration on the carpet that was NOT there before carpet was “cleaned. I’m not happy with the cleaning. This has nothing to do with the cleaning tech. He was very accommodating, polite and professional. I think a manager should look at this.
Have a larger cover area without minimum cost requirements.
The agent seemed more interested in getting the work done and moving on than genuinely concerned about doing good work at my house. His response to questions and concerns were obviously guarded and protective of Zerorez.
This is my mother's house. I've had Zerorez do carpets for my home in Farmington. I've always felt like the agent cared about my concerns and worked hard to satisfy my needs. I did not feel like I got the same handling by this agent.
Frankly it is making me reconsider all future engagements with Zerorez.
Our carpet was absolutely filthy and it looks amazing now. I am very pleased.
Quick, pleasant tech, reasonable rates, and beautiful clean carpet.
The young men that came to clean were frank and said that because my carpet is so old it might not get fully clean. They especially expressed concerns for my stairs and the high traffic areas.
however, when they began to clean they were highly surprised that it got as clean as it got on the stairs. However, when they left i noticed that their were stripes. It does not seem that they cleaned the whole width of the stairs, very visible lines are present.
I had two area rugs partially under furniture that we did not want to move. I was irritated that I was charged extra for those two area rugs even though the carpets underneath were not cleaned because of the area rugs not moving. I was told that the area rugs were cleaned in a different process. Tech used the same equipment and the same cleaning motions. Saw nothing different in the process. Feel like I got caught in a bait and switch. I will recommend you but “I WILL” also caution about being blindsided by hidden charges.
Since our carpet was do old we weren't expecting it to look so clean but it was better than expected.
The areas cleaned were still dirty and stained. I was charged a fee for some kind of biological treatment at $50 per room for 4 rooms that I know I would not have agreed to had it been properly explained.
I would like to be refunded the $200.
Very poor customer service.
The lady who came to clean was there for only 20 minutes. I'm not sure how she thought she could properly clean carpet and tile in that time. Our tile and grout didn't come out any cleaner than before she got there. I have had better luck with Baking Soda and Peroxide. It was a total waste of $90 for cleaning the tile. The carpet was ok, it took twice as long to dry as she told us it would. Overall, not a great experience.
