Website says 4 to 8 hours to dry. The guy said 8 hrs. Over 30 hrs later with heater on and 4 fans going and we are almost dry. I don't see how this is better than other services when it comes to dry time. And there were clumps of hair left behind. Guy was nice though and seemingly thorough.

I am embarrassed to say that I don't remember the technician's name - but he is great! I would recommend him to anyone who is looking to have their carpets cleaned. You have a great employee and the carpets look and feel great today!

We have a white sectional couch. You have cleaned it twice. The first time, the young man left it clean with all the nap lying in the same direction. Wonderful!! This time, the young man left it clean but with the nap going in all different directions. After it was dry that was hard to correct. I recommend more training for Dante.

I love your employees. They are so respectful of my home and so careful not to damage anything. The tech that did my job had a towel and was wiping my wood flooring in my entrance because it had wet sock prints and he didn’t want to leave it like that. They were MY sock prints. Your employees are clean cut and I don’t wonder what kind of person I’m letting into my home. They do a thorough job and they do it fast. They’ve always been so cute and friendly and patient with my little kids running around. Thank you!

36 hours later my floor is still wet and rippled

Jacob, of Zeroez, is a cut above in the customer service scale. Knowledgeable, professional, and courteous, he taught me much. I bought a home, and my dog would not settle in, going to the point of destroying shutter blinds and the door frame to the garage trying to escape. The slate tile was dark with black grout, and depressing, and all of this together made the transition a challenge. Carpets had stains, but I hadn't given thought to animal stains.

Jacob arrived to give a bid and noticed the blinds missing from the doors. He gave a fair bid and told me the next time he would look for bio stains. I didn't know of any pets the seller had. There were none that we saw. But Jacob's blue light showed massive bio issues in many of the rooms. He suggested that animal smell might be unsettling my dog. He also commented on the slate telling me it was expensive slate flooring and quite beautiful. It had been cleaned with something that left a sticky residue so it collected deep dirt. He said he could brighten it up and found a place to show me the grout was not black. After Jacob treated and cleaned all the carpets, My dog relaxed more. He came one more time and deep cleaned and sealed the granite, which is so much brighter and FULL of gorgeous of color! Jacob told me how to retain my clean floors. My only regret is another worker came the same day to repair something else and tracked the dirty floor water onto the family room carpet so I have a lot of spot cleaning to do. Schedule anything not floors for another day. I highly recommend Zeroez. They know their business and serve their customers like they know them just as well.
