Cost - VERY expensive for the service provided and did not get out the denim color transfer stains which were one of the main reasons I scheduled the cleaning
My carpet is old but cleaned up very well. It seemed to stay damp a little longer than usual but probably that had something to do with the cold day it was cleaned. I appreciate how fast we are able to be on it
The professional service given by the rep caleb was second to none. He was prompt and very knowledgeable. He was also very quick.
Honestly was not that impressed with the customer service by the tech. The carpets are cleaner, but they aren't any cleaner then what i can do with a rug doctor. Your site boasts about the fact that your process is better. Well I honestly don't feel like it was that impressive. They don't look that much better to be truthful. I don't feel comfortable paying for $160 worth of cleaning when I could've done just as good of a job for a 1/4 of the price. I also was not happy to find that there were hidden fees among my bill when the tech showed up, the disposal fee for water does not show up on the pre bill when booking the appointment. Then the mis advertisement of the Valpak coupon I received. Tech and CS kept trying to manipulate the coupon details. I'm happy to pay for what I would've paid for rug doctor rental. Which is $40 for 24 hours and Cleaner.

I have told so many people how amazing you guys are! My first experience blew me away because someone else had come to clean my carpet and told me they couldn’t do much to make it look good. Then one of your guys came in here, said nothing and left it like it was new.
But my last appointment was a little disappointing. The carpet was left very wet and it didn’t look that great. You could see spots not well cleaned. Partly our fault for waiting too long between cleanings. I think the guy was new and not very experienced. Maybe he was over scheduled. I don’t want to give him a bad review, but I’ve had better experiences.

To expensive, after floors dried there was spots that didn't get very clean. The service tech was helpful and friendly. I question if scheduling is too tight that he was pressured into going too fast. For the price he should have spent at least 2 hours.

I just haven’t used you before so I’d like to see how things hold up in the next few weeks. It was also still damp when we went to bed last night close to 10 hours later, and we had fans on so today my house is still in a bit of disarray because I couldn’t put anything back where it needed to go until today and I had to work.
So far so good though, my basement definitely smells better 👍🏻
