Well I guess the vote is still out on whether Zerorez does not leave chemicals that attract dirt etc., but I do like the finished product. The carpet looks so clean and all of the stains are gone. I do know from past experience that chemicals can linger in the carpet and attract dirt, do we'll see how that goes. The guys on the job were very courteous and were very informative about how the pet stain process works. Thanks.
The price, Wow outrageous.
Offer a way whether it is through signing a waiver, to at least push some furniture pieces aside in order to clean the whole room that contains carpeting. As a customer, to make sure every piece of furniture is removed from the room each time is ridiculous as circumstances happen and that is not always possible. But to then expect that area won't be cleaned because the furniture wasn't removed? I would rather not clean the carpet at that point at all, if there is going to be a dirty box in one area of the carpet because everything was cleaned up to that piece of furniture. In my 25 years of owning a home I have never had a carpet cleaner refuse at least pushing, not lifting, one piece of furniture aside to make sure the carpet was fully cleaned. At least offer options for the customer to utilize in order to get the full carpet cleaned.

Great customer service, and great job on cleaning my carpet. The person who came to clean my carpet was very nice and did an excellent job, my carpet looks like new, I could not believe how nice it looked.! Just a great great job!! Will continue using Zerorez and definitely recommend!

I was not provided a quote over the phone when I booked the cleaning, even though I told the girl I was having 4 bedrooms cleaned, a set of stairs and I need pet spots and protectant. This made it awkward when the technician had to add it all up and it was way more than I had planned on paying (way more than the ad of $33 per room). And way more than I had paid the previous year, for the same areas cleaned with the same company. So frustrating

You guys always do a great job!! $33 a room is a great price but prices for area carpets are ridiculous! A 7 x 10 rug is way smaller then a room but it was $70 to clean! I'm seriously thinking about just renting a machine myself next time.

The technician (Jared) that actually did the work was incredible. He worked very hard to get the work done as quick as possible. I gave a 10 rating because of him. The rest of the process was below par.
The actual job was done at my mom's home but I needed to be there. I had originally scheduled the job and was told I would be given 45 minutes to get to my mother's house which is great because I am about 1/2 hour away. I got a call from the technician that they were 10-15 minutes away. I told them I could not be there in 10-15 minutes but would get there as soon as possible. The technician said that would be fine so I immediately left my home. When I got about 1/2 the way to my mothers my wife called and said they had rescheduled our appointment and they would not be there until later. I was not happy so I canceled that appointment. After settling down I decided to give Zerorez another try. This time I was told they would be there sometime between 11:30 and 4:00. Because of my last experience I went to my mom's early just in case they came early. I waited all day. Finally a little after 3:00 I was informed that the technician was about 45 minutes before being done and then would take 20 minutes to get to the house. Needless to say at this time I had waited since 11:30 and was not very pleased. I had somewhere I had to be so I had to leave at 5:30. I was very frustrated. It was not a good experience.
Your saving grace was the technician, Jared. He came in and went right to work. He worked his tail off in order for me to be able to leave by 5:30. He finished just a little bit after 5:30 but I was very impressed with the work and how quickly and effectively he worked. He should be recognized. He turned a terrible situation into something manageable.
Nour got up stains that the last zerorez guy left! Nour was a great cleaner—I already recommended him to three other people.
This is the first time I've used Zerorez and will most definitely use them again. The service tech was kind and thorough and he did a great job. I would absolutely recommend Zerorez to others!
