Left my carpets very wet and did not rate the carpets also was trying to talk me out of doing my basement saying I need new carpet didn't appreciate it I've had you guys do it before and it was fine and also he charged me extra which is never happened before plus he was taking photos of one area where my dogs have urinated and was it saying that the pet treatment when we even help it pretty disappointing I feel like I should be reimbursed or have you guys come back out thank you First name removed

I was unpleasantly surprised at what I was charged. The worker did a very good job on the carpets, but I thought I would be charged for 4 rooms. I had a coupon for $33/room, which would have been $132. Instead I was charged $175. I was told that stairs and hallways were charged differently than rooms, and that each of my very small hallways were $40 and my very small stairway was $60. My 2 little halls have always been counted as 1 room and my stairway has always been counted as 1 room. I did not appreciate the way I was billed. I will probably try someone else next time

The technicians were very friendly and respectful. However, since I paid for extra pre-treatment, I was expecting a better result. There were still stains on one carpet, and my area rug has a smell to it.

All the guys that do the cleaning are very pleasant and very professional which makes your cleaning services one of the best! Plus the carpets are not overly wet, they look clean and dry fast and stay clean plus they smell good!

I was disappointed this time that the carpet cleaner seemed to be in so much of a rush that he totally missed a couple of spots that I had known were there before he came. I used a hot water and rag on them and they came right out, which makes me believe he was hurrying so much to finish quickly that he just passed right by them or only cursorily went over them. Last year my technician was amazing! In comparison this one was sub par.

I have used Zerorez several times, but this last time you sent 1 person, vs. 2, and he did the same area in less time then 2 people previously. I don't think he was really interested in giving me your best.

I was extremely pleased that the technician was able to get a stain out of our carpet that I didn't think would come out. He also was able to loosen a tough hardened spot of slime from our teenage daughter! I was very pleased with the service!
