Service was done very efficiently and satisfactory.
The man who came to clean was very nice, and even cleaned up a spill for me after he had already put his equipment back on his truck. Another thing I liked was that he gave us a discount on a couple of spaces in the house that were large. I have two complaints: number one, he didn’t wear any protective coverings on his shoes, and number two, he didn’t move any of the furniture around. I wanted all over the carpet cleaned, not just what was easily accessible. I will likely go with a carpet cleaner that will get under the furniture in the future.
He was a polite and elaborate man for his work, fast, helpful and clean and the work was great

Carpets not as clean as I expected. Carpets left very wet, especially The stairs. They were standing water. I’m expected a much more thorough job. I have done that well myself. I don’t feel the job done was worth the money a some refund would be appropriate.
The gentleman was polite and communicated well. The carpets were left clean and only one small spot was left. We were very happy.

Rooms looked good. The technician was on time, fast and courteous.
Your advertising talks about “faster drying time”. I saw no difference between your service and other companies that I have used in the past in regards to drying time. Our stairs took nearly 24 hours to dry completely.
Our traffic patterns looked cleaner at first, but a week later those places already look dirty.

Richard the tech was great in every way, and the areas he cleaned look great -- but now that the carpet has been dry for a couple of days, it feels a little "crusty" as if it didn't quite get thoroughly rinsed. We're going to vacuum it thoroughly and see if that helps, then we'll let you know.
The cleanliness was very good
The young man that came to clean my carpets was friendly, listened to my needs and met them. He was great to work with and was an expert in his work.
He cleaned my rental home and would love to have him come and clean my home. I can't remember his name. If you can email it to me his name, I would love to set up an appointment for my home.

They have a great method for removing dirt from carpets. Also, they are willing to go the extra mile to obtain customer satisfaction.
The young man broke part of our flooring on a step. He showed it to me and said someone would call the next day to rectify the accident. No one has called. I had him clean a chair and it is still very dirty. Very disappointed in these two actions. 2 years ago we had your same company come. We scheduled some extra jobs to be done which weren’t completed. They said they would come back and never did. I called several times to get my money back for the jobs that weren’t completed and no one would ever reimburse me. This was very disappointing as well.
