The technician did a great job getting everything clean.
The cleaner did a good job. Explained everything well and worked hard. I felt the final price was extremely high. $230 was the original phone estimate, after adding the "extra's" my bill came out to $900+. I was willing to give the benefit of the doubt, because I wanted the best for my carpet. I feel the final results didn't merit the price. I will not be using you again. For the price I can get better for the money.
The bill was three times what we expected; but the condition of the carpet when they left was unbelievably better than we had dared hope for. I am amazed.

When your technician talked me into having some urine spots treated in our basement apartment, I was a little shocked at the charge of $75 per spot. However, as he showed me the spots using his UV flashlight I was convinced of their existence. So instead of costing $99 for three rooms as I originally expected, the total bill was $400.
Hours later, after the carpet dried and before I started moving the furniture back in, I took my own UV flashlight downstairs to examine the job that had been done. To my complete dismay I found the urine spots were bigger and brighter than ever. If I am expected to pay a premium price for biological treatments, it would be reasonable to expect the stains improved or totally removed. This is just the opposite of what I have found.
Please either have your people return and finish the job or give me my money back. I have photos of those spots taken under UV light that I will post on Facebook should you not take my request seriously. I am a seriously disappointed customer.
The employee was very educational and knowledgeable
They were thorough and even came back for a touch up to make sure I was completely satisfied. I love how much advance notice is given before arrival so I could make sure my carpets were cleaned and furniture was moved beforehand.
Overall, very satisfied and will definitely use them again as well as recommend to friends, neighbors and family.

The carpet guy said carpet would dry in 6-8 hours but now it is more than 24 hours and still damp. The truck mounts should have better suction than that. I was a custodial supervisor at BYU for 40 years so I know how truck mounts should dry
