I liked and appreciate the job that Zerorez did on my carpets. They were thorough and efficient.
The only negative: The ad sounds great and then when you schedule, you discover extra fees, limits on room sizes and the fourth room free. And then when they are there, you hear about hall size limits, area rug extra costs and especially wool rug extra costs.

We have used other carpet cleaners in the past and they seemed to make our carpet worse over time. Zerorez made it seem like we have soft, new carpet again. It’s about 3 times the price, but totally worth it.

I liked that they showed up on time, giving me a call ahead of time so I could meet them at our rental duplex. Richard was great to deal with. I left him in charge since I had to go back to work. He finished up and locked up. I went up afterwards to inspect and was very impressed with not only how clean the carpet looked, but how everything was left as it should have been. I really like the way the carpet feels after zero Rez cleans my carpets versus other companies that use soaps and detergents. The technicians that were at my house recently were very friendly and did an amazing job!
Went very fast, left the carpet wetter than they should have, they should have took the needed time to get more water out. They did an average job of getting the carpet clean.
We loved the end result with Zerorez. We had a great experience! We will be using them each time we need to clean our carpets and love that their are no harsh chemicals used.
The technician was super friendly and we were satisfied with him, but the carpets don't look any different than they did before. The few spots are not gone and the pet treatment did not do anything. The spots are only a few days old so I was surprised that nothing more came out. I am very disappointed in the results; I had expected a lot more given the reputation ZeroRes has. I would like to have another technician come back out and redo the cleaning since the first proved ineffective.
Taylor did a good job - very personable, worked hard to get the touch spots out and arrived when he said he would.
