How helpful the service was and how friendly they are.
Like that carpets stay clean longer. Easy to schedule.
The first treatment left streaks on my carpet and stairs. I think it was the stain guard. There was a pool of dirtybwater left under a door jam in the corner. I thought the streaks would go away after vacuuming and they didn’t. I then went away for the summer and when I returned I called and they wouldn’t honor the guarantee since it had been over 30 days. I had to pay over $100 to have Taylar come and fix it. She did a good job and thought the streaking might be from the stain guard.

I love the service and results I and my family members have gotten each time we've used Zerorez! They even got a paint stain out that I'd tried to get out for a week. And all the pet stains!

You always let me know when you're on your way and the carpets looked very clean.
After the cleaning and waiting nearly 36 hours for the carpets to dry, i vacuumed the carpets before walking or setting up the rooms. From each room I was surprising was the amount of dirt vacuumed up. I had to empty the canister after each room.
I was not expecting this and now questioned if the carpets could have been cleaned better.
Everything was great! The workers were pleasant and helpful. Results were awesome and price too!
