Did a great job cleaning the carpet! Not happy with the truck dipping oil in front of our house :-(a large spot of oil ) I really think zero Rez should come and clean it up

Cleaned my RV carpet. Was less than 1/4 the size of a bedroom but charged the full bedroom price. Overall the carpet does look good but looks still dark in the high traffic areas. It may be as clean as possible but the commercial on the radio makes it sound like they will look brand new. I think the price was a little high for as long as it took him.

The last time my carpets were cleaned, I noticed after he left that there were about 12 places where there were dark blue stains, not especially noticeable at first but became more apparent. I called for him to come back, but they couldn't schedule him to come back for two more days. He did come back and had no idea what they were, but suggested that they were already there? No, they weren't-- some were where we had office plastic mats, and some were on the kitchen tile next to the carpet. He redid the carpets and that took care of it. The inconvenience was I had to cancel some appointments for the second time he came because they gave no specific time.
I love your cleaning. It looks great, but you advertised 3 rooms for $99 and get the 4th one free.
We were planning on it costing a little over $100 and it turns out you do it by square feet and it ended up costing us almost $300. Your ads are deceptive. You don't know untill they get there.
That was sour grapes for me.

The two people that came were GREAT! Couldn't ask for better customer relations. The carpet got wetter than I thought it would and took much longer to dry than 6-8 hours. They went over my traffic areas several times to get them clean, which was great and I appreciated very much. They ended up looking great when they were dry. With this, you would think I would give you a 10. I have used Ryan at Action Extraction for a long time. He has done a great job. My husband wanted to try you guys because he listens to your advertisement on KSL all the time. He liked the idea of 3 rooms and 1 free room for $99 and thought it would be a lot less expensive than what we have been paying. It ended up being very close to the same price. I think I am just biased to what I am used to.
