I love that there are no soaps or chemicals used in the cleaning process. Caroets seem much softer and not crunchy after they dry. Good service too.
My carpets stay clean longer, and they look brilliant after they are cleaned.

Very clean and smells great!
They are not harmful to my kids or animals and helping with a cleaner environment. Pricing is very competitive and worth the little extra because of this.

Zerorez has always been on time, friendly, and does an amazing job. The technicians are knowledgeable and work hard. My couch and carpets look brand new again. I will always use Zerorez for future cleaning needs.
Our phone conversations of the past day or two should be sufficient. We are pleased with the result, and Austin was most professional. However, the attempt to upsell us after his arrival was unethical. We are disappointed in the approach. Our feelings have nothing to do with the increased price, but with the fact that this was not revealed at the time the appointment was set.

I didn’t appreciate the last minute up-sale. Our estimate for carpet cleaning was $188 but the bill came in at $288. The difference was a $100 up-sale by the cleaner for some carpet protectant add on. This wasn’t an option presented when setting the appointment and getting an estimate online. This seems intentional to get in the door with a low price and apply pressure for a snap decision to spend 50% more.

We are delighted with our beautiful clean carpets!! They look like new, and smell like fresh air. The young man who did the work in our home is an asset to your company. He explained problems and possible solutions for various carpeted areas. He worked quickly and throughly, and made sure that any problems had been solved before he left. We have always had great experiences with Zerorez - and this was another success!
