The gentleman that came to my house was knowledgeable, and helpful.
You did a good job of cleaning our carpets. I just wish that I had known that you charged extra for large throw carpets.
Mostly liked the nice guy who did the work for us I would give him a 10+, Explained everything he was going to do, talked to me about the kind of carpet we had, was just super to work with,, His name is Mike and will request him again. The carpets look great and was surprised at the tile floor when he finished, maybe even a little ashamed at how bad they had gotten. will definetly call you again.

Our carpets look amazing and the whole house feels really clean. The technician, Ben, is very nice and efficient worker.
It was a very good service visit. My carpet and furniture were cleaned and I felt that I had exactly the type of service I had wanted.
Technician was kind and informed me about the entire cost and process before starting. He provided education about what to expect for dry time and how the areas would look after cleaning. He called when he was on his way and was prompt. The carpets look great!

I like there is no soap left behind. I like the treatment that fluffs up the carpet nap. I like how clean my carpets are when you guys leave and how they stay clean for a long time afterwards.
Dry times longer than told. Not a problem for us but you may want to change estimates. I didn’t like paying full room price for small bedrooms with only walkways around a large bed but no accommodation for larger rooms. Just charged double. Feels like one way bias and not fair. Would have liked a phone call prior to ask questions and clarify estimates. Otherwise it was good.

I had Ben again at my new house. He was just as careful and thorough as he had been at my old house. He had me look over everything and "approve" all he did. He showed me spots he had tried to get out with several different products, but couldn't get. He was honest about it, but also tried all he could. He is friendly and polite. I think he's great!

The cleaning Tech (John) was prompt and careful. He did a good job on our challenging carpets.
I love the product and have used Zerorez before. But the person who did my service could use some customer management training. He kept trying to charge me for more things, more space, more treatments, kind of shaming me. In addition, I have a very sensitive nose and his smoker smell and BO were overpowering. He claimed he could smell dog urine, which I doubt, as I couldn’t smell it, only him. And He was rude. He lost credibility with me after the second attempt to raise the price, which happened four times. My previous experience with Zerorez, several years ago,
