I only gave a 5 because my service guy was in a hurry to clean my carpet. It’s as if he was trying to get off early to go home, or that he had more important places to be. He was very quick with my cleaning. I also had oil spots all throughout my hall and stairs. He claimed he sprayed them with his spot remover, but they wouldn’t come up. I took some cleaner from my house and sprayed the spots and scrubbed them and they came right up. So while I scrubbed my carpet for 20 minutes he worked around me. That’s why I hired Zerorez was to scrub my spots and get them out, not to have me scrub them.

My stairs are still wet and it’s been more than 24 hours. They’re starting to get a crunchy feel as well. I’m still waiting for them to dry before I can see how they really turned out. Maybe too much water was used on the stairs?

The young men who cleaned our carpets were thoughtful (didn't park in the driveway because he was driving a different company truck and didn't know if it leaks oil! How thoughtful is that?), hard, diligent workers, good carpet cleaners! I will stay with Zerorez!

It seemed the cleaner was in too much of a hurry to finish the job. Had to come back several times to do it right. Plus the damage to our moulding in removing his equipment!

The service was very good and timely. The carpets were cleaned well. They did my tile but missed the corners and around the vent so it looked really dirty in comparison with the clean tile.

Ben did a great job except when he did not try another way to clean two large (1 ft) spots caused by the bare feet of two people sitting on a couch for a year.

Your scheduling was extremely poor. My time was this past Saturday from 12pm to 4pm. Your employee arrived around 6pm. I had an event at 7pm which I had to miss. Get this straight. Your employee did a good job cleaning the carpet and expressed sorry for the inconvenience that was caused. Your area of improvement is to schedule more accurately. I most likely will never use your service again and cannot recommend you to friends and family.

I got a call the Friday before my appointment, which was great. I asked the caller about my situation - I had a urine soaked portion of my carpet. I was going to replace the pad, so should I do it before or after my appointment? She put me on hold, then told me that i should replace it after. on Monday, Riley came and did my carpets. He did a good job, and tried his best to get all the urine out. When he left, there was no smell. The next morning, the enzymes were still there tho, because my dog peed in the same spot.
This same thing happened to me about a year ago or so when I had Zerorez come out. The technician came out again a few days later, retreated the spot and cleaned it and my dog has never peed there again. I realize this is my dog - she's a huge Pain in the butt and I don't know why she is peeing. But I thought with the success from last year, we could get her to stop. Well, it didn't work, the smell was back, and also there was a spot upstairs that was missed, and then in my living room I had weird black streaks. Riley was called and came back a week later. He was unable to get the smell out of the urine area, and in fact, him re-cleaning it actually brought up the old stains. I'm pretty disappointed. The black streaks are back as well. So I'm not sure what happened. I paid $330 for something that didn't work. I'm disappointed and won't be using you again.

I think my carpet looks like new. The technician did a fantastic job. I like the fact that my carpet is not stiff and sticky. Will use the service again!!!!

I had our company's office space cleaned and it was great to have a solid estimate for services set up before scheduling so that I knew exactly what to expect. They were able to make room for our job on their schedule and the technician who came out was prompt and polite. We've had other cleaning companies out before, but the floors never looked as good as they do right now! Plus, they even came out on a holiday, so it would not disrupt our office's work environment very much either.
