It was too expensive. In addition, I had John to come to my business to give me a bid and he was very disrespectful accusing me of being a cheap person. See my Google Review under Name removed for detailed information about my home experience and especially with John.
The person who cleaned my carpets was very good. My carpets seem to stay cleaner longer. My carpets look great. Will call again.
Overall everything looks great. The only issue was along the edge of my son's bed, I felt like they did not clean close enough to his bed frame, probably to avoid the bed skirt. Other than that, everything looked good and smells clean.
