The carpets always come out very clean and technicians were professional and quick. They ask questions and listen to our questions.

I’m very disappointed with the cleaning. The technician was very nice and I liked him. However, nothing is much cleaner. I have had my carpets cleaned before and this was very sub-par. How to make it right? I’d like some money back to compensate for the quality I received. I paid too much for the low quality I received.
Amazing service. Arrived during the specified window of time. Explained what would be done and why. Let us know what to expect in drying time. Came back at our request a little later to see about what we thought was a problem. Very courteous and professional. Fixed the problem.

We had to have you come back and clean spots a 2nd time. We were scheduled to have someone come between 8-12 and he didn't come until close to 1 and it made my husband very late to work. We think you have a great product, but scheduling and service left something to be desired.
They do a great job and get all the spots out. They revive my carpet so it looks fresh and new again.
The carpet always looks so nice and is soft not soapy or crunchy. Zerorez people are very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. We’ve never had a negative experience with them.

The price was way higher than the $35 per room promotion I thought I was getting. I added the pet treatments so that charge didn’t surprise me but I felt a little pressured.
Also, it’s been 36 hours and my stairs are still soaked.

The technicians were curteous, professional and worked hard to clean the carpet areas we needed to be cleaned. Our only concerns were that the carpeting was a bit wetter in places and took overnight to dry with fans on all night. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again.
We have been relying on ZeroRez for annual carpet, area rug, and tile cleaning for 10 years. We usually try to schedule about 4-6 weeks in advance, and it’s never been difficult to get an appointment on the desired day. There are email and text message reminders of the appointment. The technicians call 15-20 minutes ahead, arrive on time in a logo marked van, and are appropriately (neat and clean) dressed, personable, and professional. They are very careful with their equipment, use corner guards, and are very careful to avoid “overspray” with pre-cleaner and protectant. The equipment itself is very clean, and the technicians wear shoe covers the entire time. The cleaning process is efficient and thorough, with any special area cleaning requests addressed. Of course, there are offers for “extras” but we have never felt pressured to have add-ons. The nylon carpets and area rugs are dry on a Summer day within 4 hours. Carpets are left soft with no residue or chemical odor. We trust ZeroRez services, products, professionalism, and reliability. We are pleased to recommend ZeroRez.
Two fellows came to our home. One seemed to be in training, the other
was a tad rude to me when I was surprised that our living room counted
as two rooms. No other Zerorez worker has told me that. He acted like
I was being cheap since I considered not doing that room..."seriously?
it's only 33 bucks. Also, I understand they don't move furniture, but in
my closet, there was a very light-weight hamper and trash, which they
did not move and could easily have asked me to do it so they could have
gone all the way to the wall. Very frustrating.
