I appreciated the information the technician gave me about carpets, what kind of cleaning results to expect or not to expect in high traffic areas, and other services available. There was no pressure to purchase other services, even though they did explain the other services Zerorez offers, such as cleaning upholstery, area rugs, and tile. I thought the technicians I had were polite, knowledgeable, professional, and hard working.
The rugs were too wet to leave on the wood floors. Tech should have known that. When I took them outside, I could see dog hairs still on the clean carpet. The tech said if I really wanted them clean, I would send them into the shop “if I do it again.” I really wanted them clean. I paid over $150. For what was done, I could have borrowed a bissel and done it for free.
I was most impressed with the technician who came to our home. He was polite, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. He worked hard and did all that was asked of him. The air-conditioning wasn't working in our home and as a result he had to work in a hot atmosphere (the temperature outside was 101 degrees.) He never complained. The carpets and rugs which he cleaned look beautiful. We are greatly pleased with the work which he did.
The technician that came to our home was very nice and very professional. He went over pricing and options with me and didn’t make me feel pressure to add additional services. I will definitely use Zerorez again and again!
I appreciate the relatively simple process: (1) The equipment used is lighter weight and smaller in size than I remember before using Zerorez (2) the actual cleaning process takes a minimum of time in spite of the fact that the cleaning is thorough (3) Of course, I appreciate the shorter drying time and the fact that the carpet stays clean longer and, generally, there are NO returning stains or spots.
The manager , Jimmy, was super helpful when we had a color problem with an area rug! He tried to take it and clean it but it was a bigger project than he thought. So he returned my area rug so I would have it for a party in my home. He again picked up my rug and took it to clean it and tried very hard to remove the spot the upholstery cleaner had made. Jimmy was very helpful and worked with me until everything was taken care of!

I had a pet treatment done on a chair and area of carpet. I can still smell the urine odor.
The Zerorez van also leaked oil and left several stains of oil and cleaning solution on my driveway.
I was scheduled for 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM on 7/19/2019 but it was after 2:00 PM before anyone showed up. I was not notified that you were running behind until I called to see if anyone was coming.
Zerorez has fast, knowledgeable, friendly staff. From info regarding pet stains to the temperature it should dry at. I will never use anyone else.
Friendly service, efficient, dries quickly
The pet treatments that we were told we needed were a high additional cost. On the phone we were told unless stains were visible and we could smell it that the regular treatment would work. When the tech came we were told a regular cleaning would bring out the smells so we needed to do the pet cleaning or none at all would be the recommendation. It was hard to make a decision at the last minute. The carpet felt crunchy after it dried and I found a spot of red residue I could pull off by hand which made me wonder how well my carpets were even cleaned. The tech was great and kind and awesome to deal with so it’s more a complaint about being told one thing on the phone and then something else at time of cleaning.
Adam was very kind, friendly, and a hard worker. He took every effort to ensure we were happy with the job he did.
They do a good job, and the carpet dries quicker than other companies I have used.

I love that your technicians wear plastic covers over their shoes. I love how quickly the carpets dry in comparison to other "water" cleaning. Other places say they will be dry in ONE day but that never happened. Sometimes some sections took up to THREE days to dry. This is the 2nd time we've used ZeroRez and both times the carpets were dry in less than 8 hours. Both times we've been completely satisfied with the technician who did the work.
Whatever solution you use is terrific!
