Rather pricey but great service by the two employees who came to my house.

I had two different technicians clean my carpets this week. My downstairs carpets were cleaned on Monday, August 5. The technician was kind, respectful, and the carpets looked great when he left. However, they were so wet that after 11 hours of running the air conditioner on "fan" and moving a portable fan from room to room and keeping windows open, my carpets were still damp in places. On Wednesday, August 7, a second technician cleaned my upstairs carpets. He was also considerate and did a good job cleaning the carpets, but he was able to get more moisture out of the carpets and within 4 hours they were mostly dry. I would recommend your services but tell friends to make sure they ask for someone who can get all the moisture out of the carpets. It is frustrating to have it take so long for them to dry and I don't think it is good for the carpet.

I had my entire house done yesterday and things seemed fine until the carpets were dry. The one spot that the tech said he could easily get out was still there and hardly seemed touched. I used a rag to take a lot of it out and I noticed some of the traffic areas still seemed quite dirty. I used the cloth on them and it came out dirty as well. If I could get dirt off the top of the rugs that easily that says to me they were never cleaned to begin with. I am not unreasonable but I was truly surprised. You were highly recommended by my sister and all the reviews I read. I don’t don’t know but it seems like we were given a once over lightly in order to get to the next job. I am really disappointed in the job. I sent some pictures of the rag to someone at Zerorez. It didn’t look like anything was done in some areas.
