I love that there is no residue, beyond that your service professionals are friendly, knowledgeable and do a good job
It's easy to schedule an appointment online, yet if you have questions or need assistance, Zerorez customer service is excellent. The technician was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and pleasant. Our carpets have never been so clean after having them "cleaned." The Zerorez method is the BEST! We will be using Zerorez from now on. My friends and Doug Wright were absolutely right in suggesting Zerorez.

The carpet cleaner guy was awesome!!! Super nice. It looks better slightly but not worth over 500 I would think all stains would be gone..understandably that is not always the case but all the problem areas I had org are still there.. so I'm confused that those areas would not be gone.. I paid for 3 per treatment areas too and I still see the stains with the black light. So overall I dont feel it was worth the cost. I times previous I didnt notice this. But like a standard stain I would think it would be gone.. :*( just dont feel like it was worth the cost for previous times it looked better. Not sure if your products changed or what. I'm not sure I'll use zero res again :( I normally dont complain but just don't feel like it was worth it. And the carpet guy was great he was great. He's actually cleaned my home before.

Tremendous technicians who did a great job, and did everything needed for me to be a happy customer. They took extra care to protect the corners of my baseboards, and were prompt with their arrival times. Great service. Will use them again.

Best carpet cleaning we have hsd
My usually cleaner was out 2 weeks and after a remodel we were ready to get our furniture back in the rooms. I had heard a commercial for this so reviewed cleaning technique online. This service would cost roughly $60 more than my normal cleaning company, but given the videa and the fact I could get it done sooner, we decided to give it a try.
This is the first time I've had 4 rooms, a hall, and 14-16 stairs all cleaned in under 40 minutes. Maybe this cleaning technique is faster and so comparing my previous cleaning times with this is not fair.
I talked with my technician about high traffic areas and he explained that high traffic areas will still be different after cleaning and the quality of carpet doesn't withstand wear. I understand that, but normally they spend a little more time and go over high traffic areas a little more, because it stands to reason that those areas would have more dirt.
I know that carpets are cleaner in general because they had some cleaning, but the visual appearances are the same. My experience in the past is that there is less distinction between the high traffic areas and other areas.
Zerorez got the stains out of our carpets and the foot the odor out. The technician was professional, clean cut, and prompt. Would use them again.

I had a great experience from the moment I called to schedule the appointment, to the time the gentleman (Ryan) who cleaned my carpets left. Also, I really like that I don't have to worry about chemicals on my carpet and in my house. My carpet looks fantastic thanks to Ryan's hard work!
The tech who cleaned our floors was polite, efficient and kept us informed of what he found and how to care for our carpet and tiles. The amount charged was exactly what we had been quoted, which was not our experience with the company we had used before. He did an excellent job and we are quite happy with the results. We will certainly use Zerorez again.

Seems carpet cleaners should be able to make the carpets shine first time around.....not telling me they can’t get spots out of a carpet, when we get our carpets cleaned every year.
