Provide a more comprehensive range of deals. It seems as though you have one active deal at a time and it caters to only a specific customer profile/need. Customers spend a lot of money to have carpet cleaned in their houses. We want to feel like we are being recognized by your business for our ongoing commitment to you.

The technician was great! The person I spoke with on the phone before I scheduled the appointment just said your company would be able to treat my area to remove a sticky residue left after a plastic film was removed, but the residue is still there. It’s disappointing only because the sole purpose of my having the area cleaned was to remove the residue, and it didn’t work.
