On time fast and did a good job!!
Receptionist was very rude about the appointment. All I wanted to do with schedule the appointment yet she was extremely rude!
Efficient and effective and reasonably priced.
The technician was very friendly and competent. The carpets look much better. Of course, the fair thing would be to ask me in two weeks, since I have known stains to appear about that long after cleaning.
The excessive price for a treatment that the tech demanded doing or he would not clean the carpets was ridiculous. You offer deals but you still get your money with cheap shots like that.
We love Zerorez!! They give good service and the process they use to clean the carpet works.
They did something wrong the first time. Dirty lines were left in the carpet and it smelt like dirty water. We couldn’t even bring up the pile with the vacuum. They came back and now the smell is gone. The pile comes up with a vacuum and most of the dirty lines are gone.

Carpets look great, even previously-cleaned areas look better.
The Zero Residue is kind of a false claim. All that really means is that you don't leave a detergent/cleaner residue. You all use some kind of a Orange peal and that is left in the carpet.
It took almost two days for the carpet to dry and then it was kind of hard and stiff.
You came back to fix a few spots that were missed and the worker was very nice to work with.
The most recent employee was very thorough and did the work well. He wore a mask and slippers on his feet and was careful around furniture in the room.
The schedule maker disregarded my need for a first appointment twice before finally speaking to someone who actually listened. I wait for 2 hours for the first appointment ( working nights makes this especially difficult). The rescheduling of the first appointment was made at the schedulers discretion and I was not given a chance to correct her. The third appointment was made under duress as I was calling to cancel an already bad experience and I hadn't even had my carpets cleaned yet. I was promised first thing in the morning (finally). The carpet cleaning did not meet my expectation. I had heard ads that touted remarkable cleanliness, diligent workers etc. The carpet cleaning was sub par at best and the workers unkempt. I am sorry to say but I could have done a better job myself renting a crappy machine and at least putting a little effort into it. I will not be recommending this service to anyone.

Overall they did a great job! I was a little disappointed with the pet treatment. It left the carpet crusty and did not take away the stains.

The tile cleaning appeared to be as effective as my own mopping job... grout was still dirty (same as prior to cleaning).

Scheduling was good. Got follow up phone call the day before confirming appointment anywhere from 9-11am. 11am rolls around. No call. Called the Zerorez line. The answering person let me know I had an afternoon appointment from 1-4:30. I was upset bc I had the appointment confirmed the day before via phone! The operator/front desk then put me on hold to ask dispatcher when I could expect someone. Waited. Got back to me and learned the technician was 45 min from being done at a job. Travel time meant he showed up literally, after noon (frustrated bc confirmed morning spot). The technician, Caleb, was great. He is the main reason Zerorez got any stars. The carpet looks clean, one spot still stinks but you can’t see a stain. A bit frustrated that I got no apology from front desk, no offer to improve service, and no personal call regarding this scheduling error. We came to zerorez from a neighborhood referral, but will be reporting back on that neighborhood social media site our experience.
