The blood came back up to the surface of the carpet. It needs to be redone.
You prices on cleaning an area rug are way too expensive! I had an 8x10 rug cleaned and it was $160...for 3 minutes of work! Ridiculous! I have used your company for years, but am thinking of shopping around next time I need carpets/rugs cleaned!

We like the professionalism of all the personnel, from setting the appointments, to updates along the way, to the technicians who do the actual carpet cleaning. The carpets look great, dry fast, and don't have any chemical smell when done. I would recommend Zerorez to everyone!
I only use Zerorez because family members have sensitivity to detergents. It is a bonus that they have great customer service.

The people are friendly and thorough but the thing I like most about Zerorez is there’s no crunchy carpet after it dries. It’s soft and smooth and just feels clean.
